Jungkook's POV

I woke up to my blaring arm, groaning as I hugged my pillow tighter to my chest.

"Hey Siri, turn the fu¢k off." I said, smiling when the alarm went quiet.

My pillow was oddly warm this morning, so I pulled it closer, finding comfort in it's warmth. The events of last night very slowly filled my head, and when Jimin popped into my mind, I instantly opened my eyes.

It wasn't a pillow, it was Jimin!

My arms and legs were wrapped around his small body, hugging him like a monkey. Did I do that in my sleep??

I instantly sat up, placing a hand on his shoulder as my leg was still wrapped around his waist.

He slept quietly, curled into himself with his bangs falling in front of his eyes. His bruised body slowly rose and fell with each of his ready breaths, and his warm body seemed even warmer now that I realized how close we were.

His face... I wanted to see his face again. Was he really as handsome as I thought he was, or was I just tired after last night?

Slowly, I reached forward, combing my fingers through his hair and leaning forward to peek at his face.

My heart nearly skipped a beat at the sight of him, and I bit my bottom lip as my eyes grazed over his face.

There were only a few bruises on his cheeks, and they weren't very big. His handsome features still shine through, and I couldn't help but admire him.

He was even more handsome than me...

No! No one was as handsome as me!!

"Mm..." he groaned softly, slowly starting to wake up. I jumped, my leg tightening around him as I instantly put my hand back on his shoulder, unable to look away from him.

He slowly opened his eyes, rubbing them a bit before rolling onto his other side, his face buried in my chest.

I widened my eyes at that, staring down at him in shock. I didn't even let girls cuddle me. They were only for $ex. Strictly for pleasure. There was no need for cute roman-

"Goodmorning sir." he said quietly, keeping his face in my chest.

"Don't call me that." I said, even though my body was screaming the opposite. "My name is Jungkook."

"Goodmorning... Kookie." he said instead.

I hit his shoulder at that. No one could just go off and give me nicknames!

He jumped at that, instantly pulling away from my chest and keeping his gaze down. Guilt filled my chest as I remembered how he said he was abused, and I slowly set my hand on his shoulder to soothingly rub it. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to.."

"Why are you sorry?" he said quietly. "You're allowed to hit me as much as you want."

"No!" I yelled, propping myself up on my elbow. "Do you know how wrong that is, Jimin? The people who hurt you are going to fu¢king burn in heIl!"

He didn't respond, looking up at me very slowly. "I like you."

I widened my eyes, instantly pulling my hand away from him. "What??"

"You're a good person." he said, looking right at my eyes as he spoke. "I hated those bad men... but I like you."

I sighed in relief, thinking that he had just confessed or something for a minute. He just meant that he liked me as a friend.

"So I would happily let you do whatever you want with me." he said, nodding his head.

"What are you talking about??" I said, my heart racing in my chest. Why was I getting so worked up over him? My body was literally panicking at his words, trying to figure out if he meant it $exually or not.

But that shouldn't excite me like it was. I should be turned off by the thought of fu¢king him...

"My purpose in life is only to serve others." he said, continuing to look at my face. "The only reason I'm alive is to make others happy."

"Jimin..." I said slowly, reaching down to move his hair out of his eyes. "Is that what people tell you?"

He just nodded, a small smile on his face. "My mom told me that."

"Fu¢k your mom!" I growled, sitting up straight. "What kind of bullshit is that?!"

"But-"

"Jimin, your purpose in life is to make yourself happy, you hear me?" I said, glaring down at him. "And that's a fu¢king order!"

He nodded, frowning softly as he looked down. "Oh..."

"Jesus, people are crazy..." I muttered, looking over at my window. Whoever hurt Jimin... whoever told him he was nothing...

They better be prepared for what I'm going to do once I met them.
