chapter : 12.a kiss?

Jungkook slowly made his way towards jimin's room, with every step his heartbeat increased. He held his chest tight... His own wolf was howling. It was able to feel the pain of its mate. Jungkook stood in front of the door and held the cold knob tight on his grip. He twists it towards the right and the door opens with jimin sleeping on the bed well. The wolf form of course!

Jungkook walked to the bed and saw... Jimin-his mate, his alpha, his idol.

The wolf was resting on the side profile and its fur was dark as charcoal with quite a strong body but, it looked weak now. Suddenly, it opened its eyes and jungkook stumbles back. His butt hit the floor with a thud. He looks up to see wolf staring down at him. It got up and jumps out of bed.

Jungkook moved backwards. He was getting scared of the wolf in front of him. Jimin didn't treat him well. He said harsh words too but, jungkook was not scared of him. Jungkook looks straight at Wolf's eyes it was green and it was speaking so much to him. Those eyes reflected the fear jungkook was having. Soon his back hit the nearby table and the wolf stood in front of him.

Jungkook... Now or never...

He is your mate... He can't hurt you...

Jungkook slowly forwards his hand and Wolf's eyes were now dark green. He gulps but still moves his hand and glides his hand through its fur and the wolf at first stiffs but, later it purrs and leans into the touch... It sat in front of him and closed its eyes...

Jungkook ran his fingers through its fur and felt its body was hot and burning.

His fever is still there!

He looks at jimin... I mean jimin in wolf form. Jungkook stood up making the wolf look small and it looks at jungkook with pain in its eyes. It howls with pain. Jungkook walks towards the bed and it followed him. Jungkook sat on the edge of it and he pats his side space. The wolf jumps on it and lay on his lap as it snuggles closer to jungkook. He chuckles and starts rubbing his ear softly, patting it's back softly. Wolf closed it's green eyes and leans to jungkook's touch.

--time skip--

Jungkook slowly opens his eyes and rubs his eyes. He hums but hugs pillow next to him...

Pillow? Jungkook shoots his eyes open and saw jimin.

Ji-jimin... What is he doing next to me... I.. I...

Jungkook moves a bit only to get a grip on his waist... He looks down and shocked, he gulps and saw jimin still sleeping and he had worn clothes already...

I don't know when he got up and I should be happy that he is fully clothed or sad that... I... Ok... Stop jungkook you are perverting here... My innocence...

He gulps and slowly releases himself from jimin's grip. He turns and halts

Wait. If jimin was awake he would have thrown me out. He hates me right! But, he didn't do it.

Jungkook shakes his head and just when he was about to get up. He was forcefully pulled down. He was trapped between jimin's arm. Jimin had spooned jungkook. His back was facing jimin and his heart was beating very fast. The aura around jimin was not helping jungkook. The fragrance is making jungkook dizzy. Just then jungkook realized.

This is not jimin... It's his wolf.

"Mm, jungkookie~" Jimin breathes out near jungkook's ear giving him goosebumps.

"Ji..ji-jimin-shi" Jungkook whispers.

Jimin hums and kisses his ear holding him tight. Gosh, the skin colour of jungkook went to compete with red.

Till date... Jungkook never got a chance to call jimin's name and getting hum with a kiss. It gave butterflies to jungkook. He smiles involuntarily.

"I need to go! You have to eat something too. " Jungkook said slowly said doesn't want to make jimin angry.

"Ok... " Jimin said and released him. Jungkook quickly stood up and ran out of the room to his destination.

"Jungkook? What are you doing in the kitchen? Didn't I tell you to stay with jimin right? " Jin said as he off the burner.

"I.. Ji.. I.. " Jungkook voice died he doesn't know what to say. He holds his right ear and blushes.

"Ok! I think I have enough tomatoes. " Jin said laughing and jungkook pouts.

"Hyung~"

"Give jimin's food he must be hungry now... " Jungkook said and walks confidently as if he was never embarrassed.

"Jungkook, you must be hungry too. Eat first, I'll give his food" Jin said and takes the tray with food and pills sheet on a plate with a glass of water.

"No.. I'll give him. After that, I'll eat. " Jungkook said pouting cutely that Jin could never say 'no'

"Okay! But you will eat, right? " Jin said handing him the tray. Jungkook nods his head and skips his way to jimin's room. This time he was not nervous nor sad. He was happy. His heart was beating fast but, not because of the earlier situation but with love.

He slowly opens the door with the left hand as he balances the tray with the right. Only to be met with an empty bed with no jimin.
