In the garden, Subaru sits with the silver knife.

Scene: In the room with Cordelia's dress. Richter collapses to his knees.

Richter reaches for the rose on Cordelia's dress.

Richter: Laito...

Laito: Fufu...

Scene: In the Sakamaki manor. Yui stirs on the sofa.

Yui: Ngh...

Ayato, Shuu: Ah...

Yui: Ngh...!

Kanato: That looks really painful.

Ayato: Hey, wake up.

Yui: Ngh...!

Subaru: What's going on with her?

Shuu: The awakening has probably started.

Ayato: Did it do the trick?

Scene: In the underground room.

Laito: I will let you in on one obvious truth. Never again will we let you or that woman run our lives ever again.

Richter: Heh... We have an inescapable destiny.

Richter collapses.

Laito holds up a lantern with a green flame.

Laito tosses the lantern, setting the room ablaze.

Richter: Heh...

Laito: Fufu... Goodbye. I hope you have a nice time in hell.

Scene: In the Sakamaki manor. Ayato takes the liquid from Reiji's vial into his mouth and gives it to Yui.

Yui: Ah...

Ayato: Yui...

Yui: Ah... Ahh...

Yui opens her eyes.

Yui: Ayato?

Ayato: Hey.

Yui: I'm... alive.

What am I doing here?

Ayato: You don't need to know that.

Yui: Ah... You're all here.

Yui sits up.

Yui: Ah...I'm so thirsty.

Ayato holds out Yui's rosary.

Yui: Thanks.
