Chapter 10 [Time to leave]

...It was already 5PM When I left Jennifer was in the living room with her siblings, it was getting late, so I tried to sneak out... But Jennifer's dad caught me at the doorway, "Leonhart, where are you going? Dinner isn't ready." Mr. Kristal said, I felt a shiver down my spine because one of Jennifer's siblings said that their father is scary. I firmly turned my head towards Mr. Kristal "I... Uh... it's almost 6PM I should go now..." I said in a very nervous and shaky tone because I don't want to get on his nerves. Mr. Kristal just gave me a confused look "You should have dinner here so when you get home you can relax, okay?" I responded with a nod, and he dragged me to the dinner table, there was a lot of food and I got to sit next to Jennifer, while we were eating dinner, Jennifer's mom was playing the piano, not gonna lie, but I almost fell asleep because of the melody of the piano, after dinner. I said goodbye to Jennifer's parents and when I left the house, I found Jennifer outside holding luggage. "What are you doing here?" I asked her "Let's go to your apartment." she said, I just nodded and walked out of the gate with her, she called a taxi and paid for the ride... She is such a gentlewoman, I really want to confess right now, but I think it's still too early... When we arrived at my apartment "I'm living with you now..." Jennifer said, really? She is living with me now? That is great! I won't be alone anymore! We walked to my apartment and I helped her with her luggage, Jennifer sat on the sofa watching a lesbian k-drama again. I sat beside her and watched the k-drama with her. While we were watching I noticed that Jennifer fell asleep on my shoulder, how can I carry her to the bed? I couldn't carry her, so I stood up and got a pillow and a blanket I laid her head on the pillow and covered her with a blanket, I took a shower before I slept beside her... I turned the TV and the lights off and slept beside her. Hours later I suddenly woke up with Jennifer not being by my side, I looked around the room and I accidentally bumped into Jennifer who just finished taking a shower, I just stood there In front of her looking her straight in the eye, it felt really awkward standing in front of a naked person... It felt so awkward and embarrassing that I couldn't move until "What are you doing just standing there? Move..." Jennifer said, I jumped... I apologized and went back to the living room re-thinking my life decisions, I started zoning out trying to forget what just happened... I then felt something tap my shoulder "Hey, Go to bed... I'll be waiting for you there, Be there before I finish brushing my teeth ." Jennifer demanded, I really need to start paying attention to what is happening, I keep getting spooked by Jennifer because I'm in my own world... I went to bed and tucked myself in while waiting for Jennifer, I hid under the thick blanket and I already saw Jennifer there, "I told you to come to bed before I finish brushing my teeth, but it's actually me who was waiting..." Jennifer said, that scared me too... She was already under the blanket before I arrived, am I always zoning out or is she just quick... Anyway... Goodnight....
