Chapter 6 [Lets Just Chill For Now...]

...After what Jennifer said about her curse everything went silent, we didn't say anything to each other which made me uncomfortable, the atmosphere felt so awkward that I couldn't say a single thing that all I could do was get a quick glance of Jennifer. It was almost 11AM "I'll go make lunch, what do you want to eat?" I asked Jennifer, "anything is fine" she answered, well she did say she isn't picky, so I went to the kitchen to cook something. I was now finished cooking, so I served it on the table, I sat down on the chair and called Jennifer to eat lunch, I've been waiting for 10 minutes already, and she hasn't come yet, so I decided to eat alone this time cause what if she had something to do, I don't want to disturb her. Furthermore, I ate alone in the dining room, it felt lonely, but I didn't want to interrupt, I finished lunch without her… I took my plate and washed it in the sink, for spending too much time with Jennifer that if she wasn't here It'd be like I isolated myself in my apartment. Furthermore, I went to check on Jennifer in the living room, but she wasn't there, where could she be? I checked my room, my bathroom, and kitchen, but she wasn't there and there was one place I didn't check, she might be there… I went to the balcony and there she was, sitting there reading the lesbians books I gave her, now I know why she didn't come to eat lunch it's because she was reading the book, she was so focused on the book that she didn't even notice I was behind her, I made lots of noises walking to the balcony, but she didn't notice me, I really wanted to scare her, but I don't want her to mad at me, so I just tapped her shoulder "You're so focused on that book, anyway lunch is ready go to the dining room if you're hungry" I told her, but I didn't expect her to give such a small reply…. She just nodded and went back to reading the book, I felt ignored, but I'm not going to force her to give me more attention, I don't want to annoy her or be annoying to her because it will just probably ruin our friendship, for me just one argument can ruin a whole friendship because it's like all the good times has been wasted, so I just went to my room to take a nap or read a book, I sat there on the edge of my bed thinking of what I should do to cheer up, there is actually nothing to do here in my apartment so its kind of lonely, I decided to use my phone to check on some news of my family, books that have been released and other stuff, I don't really use my phone, but I only use it to contact my friends, and family members and sometimes read books online. Hours have passed, and I didn't notice the time has passed so long, it was now 4PM, and I didn't notice it. I immediately stood up to prepare dinner but to my surprise Jennifer cooked dinner, and she settled it on the table "Time to eat.." So I sat down on my chair, and ate the dinner Jennifer made, to my surprise it was delicious, I was impressed, she said before that she doesn't really know how to cook but the dinner she made was absolutely tasty! I could just melt like butter on a pan! Jennifer and I ate dinner together, and we were talking about school and our experiences when we were still a kid. Jennifer and I finished eating and as a gentlewoman I washed the plates and utensils, but Jennifer did help clean the kitchen so let's say it's teamwork. I took a shower first because Jennifer was watching another k-drama on the television at full volume that I could hear from the living room to the bathroom, when I finished taking a shower I changed into my pajamas and joined Jennifer watching k-drama, I cuddled with Jennifer secretly trying to bother her, but she really doesn't care... Well that's boring! Minutes later Jennifer stood up to take a shower so that means I was left alone in the living room, I grabbed the remote and looked for channels that I might like, I kept searching for channels and there was really one that got my interest, a cooking show! I began to drool when they showed the final result, it was a Filipino dish called Adobo, it looked so tasty that it made me want to eat the television, I stared at the television looking at the delicious dishes made by professional chefs I was so distracted that I didn't notice Jennifer sitting by my side, I got startled a bit when she randomly appeared beside me, "Hey, let's go to bed, its 11PM" Jennifer told me,11PM? The time passed by so fast, Jennifer turned the television off and dragged me to the room, I sat on my bed waiting for Jennifer to lay down, Jennifer closed the door and hopped in bed with me, we cuddled and talked about random stuff, we were just yapping and talking about difficulties in school, problems, and more... Then Jennifer eventually fell asleep while talking, I put a finger on her lip so that she could stop yapping, I stared at her for a bit admiring her beauty, and then I fell asleep....
