The rest of the day goes by smoothly at the NGO. I already had a feeling Claudia didn't like me, and today I had full confirmation, but I don't care. He pulls me into his embrace and kisses me.

I'm moved by what Derek says, my whole body vibrates with emotion, and Ravena, well, she's jumping for joy lol. Derek comes closer, holds my hand, and puts the ring on. My heart feels like it's going to beat out of my chest, and I feel his beating just as intensely. I look at the ring with tears in my eyes and then at Derek, who is also emotional. He speaks close to my ear, kissing my neck, making the hairs on my body stand on end, but I let out a laugh when I realize he mentioned Joshua. He looks at me with an angry expression.
Allya - Are you seriously jealous of Josh?
Derek - Josh, is it? I thought his name was Joshua.
He pulls away, pouting, and I sense that Petrus is also jealous. I go to him and hug him from behind, placing my hand on his chest. After all, he seems like a wall of muscle next to me. I rest my forehead against his back and feel his heart racing.
Allya - Joshua and I are just friends, we grew up together, I think of him as a brother and nothing more.

Derek looks at me and I see his face relax.

He gives me a beautiful smile and I kiss him. My alpha is jealous hahaha.
