The start of a disastrous Eve

(Grabs her bag and rushes out the door...)

I barely made it in time and when I entered the class...There was a brief moment of silence...

And the chatter continued

Sara: Hey... Good morning...

It had been so long that I forgot most of my classmates' names so the entire day was quite awkward...

For instance:

Harper: Hey Sara... check this out....this is the most hilarious thing on the internet!

Sara: Oh..hey...umm..Emily! Yeah it's quiet funny...haha..awkward...

Harper: Ohh Sara....Your sense of humour is really admirable...hahaha...

She wasn't lying when she said that because when I was in middle school, I was called the class clown because of my pathetic attempts at jokes....

Sara: Yeah....haha

The entire day was like a maze where I had avoid my classmates questions on why I was acting so weird that day....After what felt like an eternity, It was lunch break and I headed to the cafeteria for lunch...

(On her way to the cafeteria)

Chris: Bump shoulders against each other... I am so sorry... I'm kind of in a hurry...

Sara: Oh! It's okay...looks up...gasps...Are you Chris?

Chris: Sorry? Do I know you?

That was when I realised that this was the first time I met Chris in the previous timeline... Ofcourse he doesn't know me...

Sara: Ah... don't worry about that. I heard a friend mention your name so...

Chris: Oh okay...Well excuse me then... It was nice to meet you...we should hang out sometime...

Sara: Oh sure...Bye for now

(Chris smiles and leaves...)

As he went, I just realised how cute he looked....

After lunch was over, I went back to class but on the way I saw Taylor... The class president....snooping around Harper's bag.... So I decided to see what she was up to quietly and saw that she took out Harper's Diary and placed it under my desk... That's when I realised that today was the day when I was accused of stealing her diary and taking advantage of her....

Sara: Taylor... The homeroom teacher is calling for you...

Taylor: Oh Sara...nervous.... What are you doing here? ....Ohh..Okay!

(Smiles nervously and leaves...)

Ofcourse the homeroom teacher didn't call her... I just wanted to stall her and put the diary back in Harper's bag before Taylor realises...

(Sara puts the diary back in Harper's bag when a paper falls out of it...)

Sara: huh?.... What's this?

When I tried to pick it up and put it back.... Harper arrives and starts talking super anxiously as if she did something she shouldn't have and tried to hide the paper behind the desk with her leg....

Harper: Sara! A..are y...you done with your lunch? Havana wants to play basketball before the bell rings for the next class... Come on let's go play!!

Sara: Oh... Okay!

I wondered why she was so anxious to hide that piece paper unless I shouldn't read it since it was from her diary... But luckily she didn't notice that I might have dropped it while going through her stuff and just thought she accidentally dropped it...

The entire day goes smoothly and when it was time to go home....

Sara: Goodbye guys.... See you tomorrow!

Harper and Valerie: Bye Sara... reach home safe...

On my way home... I bumped into Chris once again!

Sara: Oh Chris... Sorry for bumping into you...again...

Chris: Sara! Oh it's fine... It was my fault too...
