Forgotten promises

I came to home in his car. He dropped me a little away from my home, so that my mom won't see both of us together.

I went to my room and fell on my bed. I know I blushed a lot. Still I was not ready to accept the fact that I loved him, somewhere deep...

From then on, Ren started to arrange meetings for us. We were slowly falling for each other. As a part of further interaction, we exchange our WeChat accounts. Soon Ren was out of our meetings. Sometimes he didn't even know that we were meeting each other.

It was my final exam of twelfth. After a month, my results came out. I was passed with high scores. To celebrate my victory, my mom called all the neighbors and Ren. She asked him to take Hansil with him.

At 4:30pm every one was present at my home. I felt so happy but didn't expect Hansil to be there. Everyone bought me gifts and many things except Hansil. Ren gave me my favorite chocolate and my parents bought me a huge canvas with lots of paint. They know I like art, a lot...

I was a little angry with Hansil because he didn't buy anything for me. I was not talking to him. A little while later, he called me to the backyard of my house. I went there.

The sky was a little cloudy. His eyes were starring at me. When I went near, he caught my head and kissed on my forehead. Then he softly murmured in my ears, “This is my B'day present for you, my love” I was shocked and had no ways to say. I just looked into his eyes. He smiled at me and went out of there. I ran behind him with a little shy face.

After that everything went normal. Relatives started to go home, but Ren had a plan to stay at our home till tomorrow.

I was sitting in the hall and heard mom inquiring Ren about his night stay. Suddenly my mom invited Hansil to have a night stay with Ren. They both were shocked, but I got a small doubt in her character. I know my mom won't invite a stranger to have a night stay in my home. But I pretend as though I didn't hear anything. I started to prepare for a war.

Later that day, almost 8 o clock. Mama took food for everyone including Ren and Hansil. She called them both to the dining table and came all prepared for a war, just like me. I was also in the table. We three were keen to know what mama is going to speak.

For some minutes, nothing was having. The whole room filled with silence. I really hate it, because it was really scary. T only sound I heard was the sound of steel spoons on glass plates. My heart felt like it is going to burst....
