Chapter 2: New Beginning

IN AN UNKNOWN PLEASE :

Layla found herself floating in what seemed like an endless void of complete darkness. There was no light, no sound, no sense of direction. It was as if she was trapped in a black hole, completely alone and isolated.

As she gazed around, she muttered to herself, "Where exactly am I?" Her curiosity getting the better of her, she pondered, "Is this what the afterlife looks like?" Without any hesitation, she raised her voice and shouted, "Is there anyone here?"

In an instant, brilliant light illuminated the surroundings, causing Layla to instinctively shut her eyes. As soon as she felt the light fade away, Layla confidently opened her eyes and gazed ahead.

Standing in front of her was a striking woman with luscious, flowing golden hair that cascaded down to her feet. Her sparkling, golden eyes shimmered brightly, complementing her small, button nose and delicate, pink-petaled lips. Her porcelain white skin was flawless and complemented by the presence of her large, angelic white wings. She wore a stunning, flowing white dress that accentuated her natural beauty.

Layla couldn't take her eyes off the stunning beauty in front of her. She was completely mesmerized.

Sone Layla came out of Diz and asked "Who are you "The woman said "I am the goddess of life "

" Ohh " "Hello goddess I am Layla " Layla said "Can I ask what am doing here shouldn't I be in heaven or hell or something like that, since I died "

"I'm sorry for your loss," the goddess said sympathetically. "Although you have passed away, you were not meant to die." Her words were filled with sadness and regret as if she wished she could turn back time and prevent the tragic event from happening.

"Ha," Layla said, sounding confused. "What do you mean?"

The goddess replayed hesitating "Well child as you know you had a life full of pain and suffering "

Layla said "Yes I know it "Her voice was emotionless like she couldn't feel anything, she posed for a second and once again opened her mouth and said with the same emotionless voice " So what is my pain and suffering have to do with my death which as per you wasn't supposed to happen" she posed for a second once again and again open her mouth to speak but this time there was anger visible in her eyes her face remains emotionless but her eyes hold anger her aura turned for calme to scary and dangerous which even send cills to the goddess she said to goddess but this time in a cold and scary voice " are you going to make fun of my suffering or are you here to show me pity for my painful life if yes then I don't need your pity I am not that wick now fastly tell me what am I doing here before I lose my patience "

The goddess hurriedly said "No dear don't misunderstand me it's not like that I am not here to make fun of your suffering nor to show pity or sympathy too "

Layla said "What am I here for " She asked with a raised eyebrow

The goddess hesitated for a while and said "It is complicated to explain why don't we sit and talk about it while having tea and short out your misunderstanding "

Layla thought for a while and then nodded her head in agreement still having a bit of doubt and curiosity visible in her eyes

Seeing Layla nodding goddess had a satisfied smile on her face

The goddess then happily said "Okay so now hold my hand i will teleport us to my garden so we can speak there while having tea " She forwarded her hand to Layla with a smile 😁 still placed on her face

Layla hesitated a bit before placing her hand on the goddess's hand

The goddess held Layla's hand and satisfaction was visible on her face, with a warm smile she said to Layla "Dear now close your eyes I will teleport us"

That warm smile warmed Layla's heart and she closed her eyes as the goddess said to
