Episode 1:The beginning

THE BEGINNING

" Au...Re....LIA... AU.....RE.....LIA.... AU...RE...LIA" A quite voice whispers in the darkness of the night, I opened my eyes and looked around, I was in a dark forest filled with tall trees. I stood up from the cold dusty floor and dust my white long white dress

''what is this'' I murmured underneath my breath touching the white dress I was putting on

"how did I get here" I asked looking round the forest in fear and confusion

"AU....RE...LIA AU.....RE....LIA AU.....RE.....LIA" the voice continued to call out louder and closer.

I looked forward towards where the voice was coming from, a cold wind runs through my spine and I could feel the goosebump rising in my skin

"who are you? what do u want?" I summoning the little courage left in me and asked as my voice shook in fear.

"Au...Re....Lia, I....am....your .... Destiny" the voice whispered again this time with the voice getting closer and closer.

suddenly a dark shadow appears and dissipated into the wind pushing me down with full force

"arrrhhhhh" I scream as I rose up from my bed panting.

I touched my body and threw off my blanket to look at my dress. I was back in my pajamas again.

" it was just another nightmare again" I thought to myself still shaking in fear

"beep beep beep beep" my alarm clock rang frightening me and also bringing me back to reality.

"fuck! it's 8:00, I'm late for class" I yelled as I threw myself and hurriedly rushed to the bathroom, I bushed my teeth as fast as I could and took my bath.

I dried off my body with my towel and rushed to my waldrope in my room to pick my uniform and put in on. I packed my hair in a ponytail and made my way downstairs to the dinning room

" your late again, another nightmare?" my mum ask

"mmmh" I replied with a piece of bread in my mouth.

"goodbye mum" I said as I rushed out of the house while struggling to put on my shoes

"hold on let me drop you off" mum said

"no need, I'll just take my bike" I said as I made my way out of the house. I took my bike and ride up to school .

my school was just along the corner so it wasn't a big deal riding my bike to school, besides I know my mum already have alot in her plate that's probably why she forgot to wake me up from sleep, again!. I don't blame her,it's hard being a single mum of 7 kids. I know what u are thinking and no, she's not our biological mother, she adopted us all and took care of us like her own.

I finally arrived at school 5 mins later and I packed my bike in the corner and made my way hurriedly to class.

I opened the classroom door and saw my teacher Mr Alex in front of the classroom.

" the classroom was bathed in the warm light of the morning sun. I could smell the faint scent of maker ink and the cool breeze from the open window as a tense silence filled the room as everyone's eyes turned to me, and I could feel the heat rising in my cheeks. My heart was pounding in my chest and my palms were clammy as I stood in the doorway. All I could think was "what am I going to say to the teacher?"

"Ms. Brooks," the teacher said, his voice stern. "You're late. Again. Do you have a good reason for your tardiness?"

The class was silent, waiting for my response. I could feel all eyes on me, and my heart was racing in my chest. I swallowed hard, trying to find the right words to explain myself.

"I'm so sorry sir, I got caught up in something" I said defensively.

"have a sit" Mr Alex replied

"I quickly made my way to my usual seat, an empty desk in the middle of the class. It was the spot I always chose, partly because I liked to be in the middle of the action, and partly because no one else ever wanted to sit there."

Lyla, my best friend with brown eyes, blond curly hair, and pale porcelain skin, stared at me with worry etched on her face.

"You're okay?" she whispered

I nodded and managed a weak smile

"I'm fine" I whispered back

she has been my best friend since elementary school,we knew each other like the back of our hands. I had a reputation of being tough but Lyla could always read me like a book

Aurelia sat at her desk, her thoughts racing as she tried to make sense of her dream. The same dream had haunted her since she was a little girl, and now, it had taken on a whole new meaning. Who was the dark figure she saw in her dream, and what did it mean that they were her destiny? She felt completely out of her depth, a whirlwind of emotions swirling inside her.

"Ring, ring!" The bell signaling the end of class brought me back to my senses. As everyone else packed up their things and headed out for lunch, Lyla took a seat on my desk and looked at me with concern. "What's wrong?" she asked.

I took a deep breath and looked into Lyla's eyes. "I had the same dream again, but this time, the dark figure spoke to me. He said he was my destiny."

Lyla's eyes widened. "What? That's incredible! Did he say anything else

"what do u think this means?? What is this destiny that the dark figure mentioned?? Have u had any other strange experience lately?? Lyla asked with intense curiosity

"No I haven't "I'm sure it's just a silly dream. Common let's go have lunch,I'm starving" I said

after long hours, the school day finally came to an end .I said goodbye to my other classmates as me and Lyla made our ways back home, we took our bikes and rode it back home. on our way home we stopped at an ice cream trunk we always stop at to get ice cream,they sell the best ice cream ever. I ordered my normal chocolate flavored with coconut toppings while Lyla ordered her strawberry ice cream with banana flavor at the side.

As Lyla and I sat on the walkway, eating our ice cream and chatting about random stuff, we noticed a child crossing the street. Suddenly, a speeding truck appeared out of nowhere, heading straight for the child.

"Nooo!" I screamed, my voice reverberating in the air. A bright light suddenly glowed from my hands, and time seemed to stand still. Everyone and everything froze in place, like a scene from a movie that had been paused. The truck hung suspended in the air, its tires still spinning.
