My cheeks instantly turned red. Never in my dreams had I thought that I would be Darsh's neighbor!!

I heard the door open. I fixed my posture and remained as much as normal as I could.

The door finally opened, and he greeted me with a sweet gentle smile.

"Please come in, Captain" he gestured me to come in.

I simply nodded trying not to be very obvious.

I entered the room, it's almost the same as mine but just mirrored.

"Please have a seat, captain" I heard him speak as he closed the door.

I nervously sat on the bed as he drew out the chair from his desk and sat on.

"Would you like to have some tea? And cookies perhaps, Capta-"

"What's wrong?" I instantly questioned as he stopped midway of sentence.

"I am so sorry!!!!! I did not realize I have been calling you 'Captain'. So mannerless of me to not even introduce myself." he swung his hand towards me expecting a handshake, "Myself Darsh, I am here to enjoy my vacation away from hustle and bustle of celebrity life."

"Oh..."

So he's here to enjoy his vacation as a normal person and not as a celebrity, I must not tell him I'm his big fan or else I'll put him in awkward situation-

"Hello? Captain??"

I came back to my sense, "oops! Sorry I tend to zone out sometimes…" I awkwardly laughed out myself from the situation.

"So.." he said

"So...?" I repeated not knowing what he meant.

"Are you going to tell me your name or should I just continue to call you Captain" he laughed wholeheartedly.

I could hear his laugh for hours without getting bored.

"Honestly I wouldn't mind being called Captain, you know" I smiled.

He smiled back, "That's nice, but I really want to know your name"

My eyes widened..... Darsh wants to know my name.... My name....?!

I could feel my cheeks heated up.

"It's Tara!" I said at once.

"Tara? It's really a beautiful name." he swung his hand towards me, once again.

"So Tara, want to be friends?" he was quick to shoot that question.

"Friend....?"

Did I hear right? Darsh asked me to be his friend? F.R.I.E.N.D ?????????

"I know it's too sudden of me but ...." he rubbed the back of his head awkwardly, "You don't always meet awesome people!" He smiled at me again.

OH MY GOD!!!!! DARSH CALLED ME AWESOME?! I REPEAT AWESOME?!! I'VE WON IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!! YASSSSSS-

"Tara?? He snapped his fingers to catch my attention.

"Oh I'm sorry! And yes I'd like to be your Friend!!!!" I said trying not to sound toooooo excited.

He smiled sweetly and then stood up.

He ruffled into his bag for sometime before pulling out a box.

He walked towards me with his each step my heart raced.

"Here Tara, try some! These are some cookies I bought on my way here to this hotel!"

"Thanks" I gently took one.

We both ate.

"So how long you're here?" I asked, because the silence was kinda too much

"2-3 months but that varies depending on my work" he said.

"So you're here for work?" I unintentionally asked, I regret for asking a person-

"Actually for both, for the time I'm here I might work on my Album as well" I did not think he would answer this.

"Album?"

"Yea, oh I didn't mention what type of celebrity I was, did I? Well I am Singer, not that popular tho-"

"Not that popular? You literally got the plane turn into a local train!" I didn't intend to snap but here I came.

"HaHa" he laughed so much. Even his laugh was perfect.

I smiled knowing my joke was the reason behind his laughter.

"What about you? How long are you here?" he asked after recovering from that good laugh.

"My training period is supposed to be 2 months so yea, 2 months it is" I said

"We are here for almost same amount of time, that's nice." he said, offering me some cookies again.

I took one more. We had sweet short chats before my notification interrupted us.

I opened my phone only to see a message on the official Airline Group.

"Oh! I have an online meet in 20 minutes. I have to go now" I stood up, Darsh followed me.

"Oh Okay, it was nice meeting you" I heard him as I walked towards the door.

"It was nice meeting you too, Darsh. Bye!" I waved him as I walked out of the entrance.

"Captain!!"

I immediately turned back.

"Oops I mean Tara" he nervously laughed it off.

To be honest I kinda wish if he kept calling me Captain.

"Yes?" I asked.

"I'll keep the volume of music low, I know it disturbed you" He said leaning on his entrance door.

"Oh no it didn't disturb me, the beats were quite fun."

"You don't need to lie, I know you were here because of the loud music, and I am sorry for it. I'll be careful from now on." he nodded with a smile.

"Thank you Darsh" I said and walked to my room.

No sooner did I entered my room than I jumped into my bed.

I hugged the pillow beside me, "I am staying next door to my ultimate crush" I buried my red face into the pillow.
