Episode: The Monster

The man was secretly eyeing his wife, who was still standing in a corner and singing. Finally, the girl fell asleep by hugging the blanket she had wrapped around herself.

Although the man was hesitant at first, he made his decision and went to the balcony to join the girl.

His wife had fallen asleep curled up on the big sofa like a little kitten. He began to examine his wife carefully. It was night, but the lamps were illuminating the surroundings. His wife had brown hair that looked like red, shining in the dim light.

She had a tiny nose and full lips. What about the color of your eyes, the man thought? He had never looked into his wife's eyes before. Even if he did, he didn't pay any attention to eye color.

He swallowed in pain. Who knows what pain this little girl went through because of him. He couldn't think of it until today. With a grimace, he silently sat down in the armchair opposite the sofa where his wife was sleeping. He didn't want to wake the little girl. Then suddenly his eyes fell on the drawing book on the wooden table.

"This must be the drawing book she never puts down," he said to himself. He reached out and took the notebook. At that moment, his wife, who was sleeping on the sofa, stirred slowly. The man got nervous for some reason. Finally, the sleeping girl stopped moving and fell into the arms of deep sleep again. He finally let out the breath he was holding.

The man was silently looking at the notebook in his hand. Even he couldn't remember how many times he had seen this notebook in his wife's hand. She would usually sit quietly in a corner and scribble something in this notebook.

"Let's see what you drew," he opened the notebook gently.

When he saw the picture on the first page, the man stood in awe. He was unaware that his wife could paint so well. She was very talented.

On the first page there was a picture of a woman submerged in water up to her waist. She had something like a flashlight in her hand. Her face was looking down. It was a depressing picture, but expertly drawn.

When he turned to the second page, the man was even more surprised. This was a painting made using black and gray tones. It looked like a young man was using the piano. Next to him was an animal similar to a lion. He couldn't make much sense of the picture.

When he turned to the third page, he clenched his teeth in anger. He understood the picture on this page! Damn! He described it in the picture!

She drew a picture of an ugly monster. It looked very scary and scary. There was a table next to it. There was a flower on the table. It was in a glass jar.

The man rubbed his face in nervously. As he looked at the picture, he was getting more and more angry/

FLOWER in a glass cage! HOW NICE!

Rosa – that was his wife's name.

That's why she drew the flower in that glass cage. She was the rose. But her husband…

He was the monster.

It was Albert. It was him.

He closed the notebook angrily and almost threw it back where he had taken it. At that time, his wife also woke up with a start.

"Damn!" said the man, angry with himself. He had no intention of waking the girl.

As soon as the poor girl looked at him, she turned her head to the ground in fear. For some reason, Albert felt disgusted with himself at that moment. She was very afraid of him. She couldn't even look at his face.

He got up angrily. At that moment, she turned back, afraid of Albert's sudden movement.

When Albert noticed this action of the girl, his anger doubled. He turned to the girl, clenching his teeth together. He was about to say something when he noticed the girl hugging her blanket tighter and shivering. The young man's eyebrows furrowed. She was still shaking.

"Are you okey?" he asked, a little hesitantly. She just nodded her head up and down. Her lower lip was trembling. She was very cold. When Albert extended one hand to the girl, she backed away in fear. The man sighed angrily and said, "I won't do anything to you!"

At that moment, he thought to himself that he had to stick his tongue in ass, because the eyes of the girl in front of him were already starting to fill with tears.

“Don't,” said the man, “Don't you dare cry! I am going. I'm not doing anything to you!”

The man raised his hands up and showed his palms to the girl. What was this now? He just wanted to see if she had a fever or not, but she was crying or about to cry.

As he walked away from the balcony, “Clara!” he shouted. Clara, who appeared in front of him in the big hall, was blinking and looking at her brother.

“Did you want something bro?”

Albert cleared his throat and looked at the balcony behind him once again. Then he looked at his sister again, “She's on the balcony. Doesn’t seem good, might be sick. Take a look,” he said in a stern tone.

Clara frowned and asked, “Who is on the balcony?”, with an incomprehensible expression.

Albert rolled his eyes in anger. He was trying hard not to say, 'Who will be my little sister, who is weak-minded?'

“Rosa is there Clara! Ro-sa, your sister-in-law! She doesn't look good," he hissed through his teeth.

“What did you say?” Clara was looking at her brother like he was crazy. Her brother said it for the first time! It was the first time he mentioned his wife's name. She means, of course, he had it before, but this time it was quite different. He looked like he was worried about her. Because it was obvious from his eyes and his strange behavior that he was worried, even his tone of voice was strange!

“My brother... Dear bro... were you worried about my sister just now? Did I misunderstand?” asked Clara in surprise, with a hint of sarcasm in her voice. “I just heard that right, didn't I? Rosa? So we are talking about my sister Rosa, right? From Rosa, who is not your lover but your wife?”

“Girl, don't make me crazy! Just go and do what I say! Don't drive the man crazy!”

Clara continued to look in surprise after her brother, who got angry and retreated to his own room. Then she ran to the balcony.

“Sister, are you okay?”

Rosa, who was shivering on the couch, looked at the girl calling out to her. She nodded her head yes with a fake smile.

Clara frowned and said, "Sister, you don't look good," and put her hand on the girl's forehead. “Oh my Gosh! You have fever! We must go to the hospital! Doctor! We need a doctor..."

Clara suddenly started running from side to side in surprise. Her sister was sick! She was on fire and she didn't know it! She was muttering "Help, help." She should have called a doctor immediately. Rosa was trembling. Her face was so white. On the contrary, her lips turned purple.
