Ch - 2 - Moving

Ryder had done the packing and was rechecking his trunk. "Where you off to?" Robin asked as she walked through the door casually like she did the last few weeks to try and persuade Ryder into joining Evade. "C'mon, tell your little sister, or she'll be mad."Robin puts a pout on her face. "Somewhere where you WILL NOT try and force me to join your little group. I'm telling this one last time ad long as this 'Hawkes' motherfucker is one my list N.O." Ryder proved his point once and for all. Robin took Ryder's ticket and looked through it. "Dycrose?... T-thats far." Robin tried hiding a feeling growing rapidly in her heart.

"Don't lose it. I've already paid 20k for that shit." Ryder said. "Whatever." Robin rolled her eyes on him."Make sure to take a walkie-talkie,  always helpful." She added. Ryder looked at her, confused. "What?" Ryder went back to packing." Text you when I reach. Don't do anything stupid." Ryder air hugged Robin, knowing she doesn't like to be hugged unless she does so herself. Robin hugged him back the same way before moving her way closer to Ryder and kissing him on the cheek."I'll miss you..." She said before driving him off to the airport. "You did not have to y'know. I could have taken my motorcycle." Ryder commented.

As Ryder was waiting for his plane to arrive, he thought he saw someone familiar. He did not pay much attention. For some reason, his childhood flowed back to him like a raging river breaking down a dam. He had lived in Sillis for 24 years, and now he's leaving it. He is reminded of his father and how they were lying drop-dead on the floor with red wine that had turned a slight shade purple spilt all over. Fentanyl... Ryder was only 12, yet his father had taught him about almost anything. Drugs,their colors, and their scents, fighting, weak point of humans and animals.

Ryder's father was kind, caring, and a very approachable man. His mother was the same until Novas died, drinking poisoned wine. Reji was abusive towards Ryder and showed no remorse towards him. She had her head down in the gutter, thinking Ryder did it. He was taught about it but always was told, 'Use it only as defense only, Ry.' So he had more sense than to murder his own blood and flesh, the one who made him who he was then. Maybe he would have been the same if Novas was still here. He was either betrayed by his own company since the glass had the logo of Evade or by  Horrows. Horrows was on Ryder's list because they had once tried to kill both him and his father. Only to fail doing so, as Novas was the one and only best weaponary combat person in the group. In fact, he was the sect leader of that group.

Evade has not been known to the outside world, yet the most famous companies recruit the members of this company paying an amount starting from 1 million. The CEO is known as Hawkes. His real name is not known to anybody. Not a single drop of information can be found. People have even tried torturing his men, yet nothing has been said. Only his top 3 pawns know him very closely, and they are the new group leaders. Evade is said to be, according to rumors, located in Keive.

Horrows is mostly like Evade, away from the world hidden somewhere.they are taught every type of combat and hacking. The starting prices range from 2 million as they tend to be given harder jobs. The leader, Fawkestrot, is said to be around the age of  late 40s and early 50s. One and only one person knows him. His personal information was with a lot of difficulty accessible to some people.
