Chapter 15 - "Lose!"

After a while of decorating, Victor Zhao and Charles Zhang were almost done with their part, while Madelyn Gao was having a hard time wrapping the string around her lantern.

At the same time Clara Fang, Mary Lin went out with Judith Yang to look around while bringing lunch for them.

"Are you okay Miss Gao, it would be better if I do it myself?" Sharon Gu offered to Madelyn Gao

"It's okay, I'll try to do it!" said Madelyn Gao to Sharon Gu smiling

But Madelyn Gao accidentally tripped over the string and fell down the stairs, which shocked everyone.

Luckily, Sharon Gu was in time to help Madelyn Gao so her injury was not serious, but Sharon Gu's hand was slightly scratched by a sharp object so it bled a little.

"Madelyn, are you okay?" shouted Charles Zhang running towards Madelyn Gao worried

"I'm fine, my leg is just a little sprained, I think if I sit down for a while it will be fine!" said Madelyn Gao to Charles Zhang while holding her leg

Clara Fang, Mary Lin and Judith Yang who saw this immediately ran towards Madelyn Gao and helped her while Sharon Gu was there trying to stand with her slightly sprained leg and her slightly scratched hand.

"Sharon Gu you are a bad luck, everyone you approach will surely suffer bad luck, why do you have to be so unlucky?" whispered Clara Fang to Sharon Gu angry

"I tried to help her, she tripped herself, it wasn't me who did it!" whispered back Sharon Gu to Clara Fang back

"You should take a look at Miss Gu first. She seems to be more seriously injured than I am!" said Madelyn Gao to them

"No, she seems fine, waiter come here quickly and bring some ice cubes!" said Mary Lin to Madelyn Gao and the servant walked inside mansion

"Miss Gu, let me help you!" said Victor Zhao just came from inside the mansion after hearing the noise

"It's okay, I can do it myself!" said Sharon Gu to Victor Zhao trying to stand up

"Your hands are bleeding, just let me help you!" said Victor Zhao to Sharon Gu while holding her scratched hand

Sharon Gu eventually accepted Victor Zhao's offer and later in the garden Victor Zhao treated Sharon Gu's scratched wound and wrapped a bandage around her hand.

"Okay, that's done, I think you should just sit down now and let me help you do all that!" said Victor Zhao storing first aid supplies

Sharon Gu suddenly remembered that Charles Zhang ever do the same thing to her before.

"It hurts so much, it seems the fruit knife is too sharp!" said Sharon Gu to Charles Zhang while touching her bleeding finger

"Here, let me help bandage it!" said Charles Zhang holding Sharon Gu finger then bandage it

"Thank you very much since that day until today I have needed your help a lot!" said Sharon Gu to Victor Zhao while looking at him

"We are co-workers, it's natural that I help you, because we should help each other!" reply Victor Zhao looking up to Sharon Gu with a smile

Who would have thought that the afternoon had visited them, their work was almost finished but because Sharon Gu and Madelyn Gao were injured, Victor Zhao and Charles Zhang helped continue the decoration.

Sharon Gu then sat there while planning a little for the next decoration. But suddenly Madelyn Gao wanted to go out for a walk to look around.

Charles Zhang accompanies Madelyn Gao walks around while looking at her from behind so that she doesn't fall because of her sprained leg.

"Charles, I never thought the day we were waiting for would come so soon where we could live together and live the rest of our lives together!" said Madelyn Gao to Charles Zhang turned to him with a smile of excited

"I also feel that, I want to go back to when we first met I want to remember myself seeing you again the first time!" said Charles Zhang to Madelyn Gao smiling back holding her hand

Sharon Gu watched the two of them from afar with a smile that contained her pain, Victor Zhao who saw this from afar, He saw her who seemed to be suppressing her feelings.

"Miss Gu, thank you very much for helping me earlier. I am very grateful. If it weren't for you, I might have been injured more seriously!" said Madelyn Gao to Sharon Gu looking at her with a warm look

"It's no big deal, I'm glad to see you're okay!" reply Sharon Gu to Madelyn Gao smiling
