Chapter 5 - "Invitation"

"Mother I brought you lunch!" said Sharon Gu to Sylvia Wang

"Put it down, I'll try to eat it myself!" said Sylvia Wang to Sharon Gu then holding the spoon

Sharon Gu feels proud because she is finally starting to be slowly accepted by her in-laws. But as soon as Sylvia Wang put a spoonful of porridge in her mouth, everything fell apart again.

"Damn, are you trying to kill me with this salty porridge? Are you crazy?" shouted Sylvia Wang to Sharon Gu suddenly

At that time Clara Fang rushed into Sylvia Wang room and was shocked because all the porridge had fallen on the floor.

"What happened how could you do this, did Mary teach you to do this?" ask Clara Fang shocked while handing Sylvia Wang water

"No, I just tested the taste of the porridge, and it was just right!" said Sharon Gu trying to explain to Sylvia Wang

"Damn you got out!" shouted Sylvia Wang to Sharon Gu

"What happened I feel like I didn't put that much salt in it why is it salty, I have to try again!" said Sharon Gu walked downstairs

After she tasted it, she was surprised that it was so salty even though she remembered that the taste was just right.

"There is someone trying to frame me, who is it?" ask Sharon Gu to herself

"Young lady, do you need some help?" ask a servant to Sharon Gu

"Did you see that someone was cooking this dish with me?" ask Sharon Gu to the servant

"No, I just came back from the market to buy ingredients for tonight's cooking!" said the servant to Sharon Gu

After that, Sharon Gu started to think about who did that to her. Afternoon had passed, Mary Lin returned from picking up her child and seeing the incident, she immediately went to see Sharon Gu.

"Are you okay about earlier, I'm sorry I left you?" said Mary Lin with a little empathy

"It's true if you accidentally make a mistake because I did the same thing when I first learned to cook!" said Mary Lin to Sharon Gu

"But it wasn't me who did it!" said Sharon Gu to Mary Lin

"I think someone tried to frame me, but I don't know who they are?" said Sharon Gu to Mary Lin

Mary Lin looked like she didn't want to believe it and then left Sharon Gu alone there.

Sharon Gu feels that no one can trust her in this house.

After that incident, a week had passed and Albert Zhang finally returned home after living out of town for a month. Albert Zhang went home with a big smile on his face because the ending he had been waiting for was about to happen.

“How dare you come here, but it's good that everything will be finished today!" said Sylvia Wang to Sharon Gu who just step in

Sharon Gu who heard that was silent, because she was very afraid.

"Welcome back Master!" said all the servant to Albert Zhang who just came back from trip

"Oh Charles, you are back, I have heard the news from outside the city, how about planning the wedding of you and Miss of the Gao family!" said Albert Zhang hugged Charles Zhang

"Is this the first question a father said to his son after 3 years of not seeing each other?" ask Charles Zhang to Albert Zhang disappointed

"Besides, father I want to introduce you to my wife, her name is Sharon Gu!" said Charles Zhang while holding Sharon Gu hand

Sharon Gu then smiled while shivering a little and looked at Albert Zhang with a sweet smile.

"Introduce father, my name is Sharon Gu!" introduce Sharon Gu scared

Suddenly the hall of the house felt very gloomy.

"What father, where will our face lie if you marry a country woman like this Charles?" shouted Albert Zhang to Charles Zhang

Suddenly the house was in disarray because Charles Zhang was fighting with his father once again.

Mary Lin stood there looking very happy because she knew this day would happen, where her father-in-law's golden child would become a stranger in an instant.

Sharon Gu panicked and was frightened and ran out again.

"Miss Gu, where do you want to run to?" shouted Lina Zhu followed her behind

"Lina, do I really have to divorce Charles, I think I will ruin his life if this continues?" ask Sharon Gu crying

"Ever since Charles came home, and Mary Lin moved in here, the house has been a mess!" said Judith Yang to Clara Fang

"I also think so, this must be all the work of that unlucky woman, I've heard it said that people who live in the village or come from the village are unlucky!" said Clara Fang to Judith Yang

"Well, if father doesn't accept us, then I will move out of this house and I will never come back here again!" shouted Charles Zhang to Albert Zhang then leaving the mansion
