Declan took a deep breath in and out as he listened to Yn confessed her feelings without beating around the bush.

He thought to himself that he had a feeling that this was going to come to this point, but it seems like he was right about how Yn felt.

He decided to not show that he knew all along and he took a small deep breath as he replied.

"I see. That confirms my suspicion."

Declan's response caught off guard Yn as she expected Declan to be surprised or even shocked, which has not happened at all.

Declan's tone is still just as calm and serious and it seems like he expected Yn to confess.

Her mind started racing and wonder what Declan's answer to Yn's confession is gonna be...

Yn felt impatient as Declan remains quiet, not responding to her confession directly.

He seemed to be in deep thought about what he is going to tell Yn. She couldn't help but wonder if it's a positive response or a negative response.

Her heart is pounding so fast, and she feels like the longer this silence went on, the more nervous she felt waiting for Declan to respond...

Finally, Declan decided to answer.

He said in a calm and collected manner, not letting his emotions show that he felt.

"Since you have confessed that you have a feelings for me, I might as well be honest with you. I have also developed feelings for you."

Declan's admission of his feelings towards Yn made her relieved as well as feeling butterflies in her stomach...

Declan spoke again, sounding more calm and gentle than his usual stoic and grumpy appearance.

"I wasn't sure of your feelings, that's the reason why I didn't want to pursue you. I was scared that I might have misjudged your feelings for me and I don't want to force any feelings to someone who doesn't feel the same way."

Declan's confession and gentle manner has made Yn feel even more butterflies in her stomach.

She didn't realize how much she wanted to hear Declan admit his own feelings back to her...

Declan still appears to be calm and composed as he speaks, not letting his emotions out.

"So now that we both have confessed to each other, and it seems like we both have feelings for one another, what is it that you want to do then? Shall we pursue the relationship further?"

Yn felt her heart stop for a second when she hears Declan's words about pursuing a relationship together.

She couldn't help but feel a huge feeling of relief when they have both confessed their feelings.

She smiled at Declan as she replied.

"Is it okay for me to be honest and just answer you truthfully to how I feel about it? I don't want to be lying or beating around the bush on this matter."
