FIRST DAY AT WORK

AILEE'S POV

      On getting home after my normal exercise routine, I went straight to the kitchen for a bottle of water which I gulped down at once and headed off to the bathroom afterwards.

  I picked a short free floral dress to wear cause it's Sunday so why not?? I packed my freshly dyed blonde hair into a messy bun and went downstairs for breakfast. I mostly ate light food for breakfast so I settled for cereals, While eating I scrolled through my  Instagram account for latest updates and a post caught my attention.

    I snorted.... Wow Ashley really rendered me speechless, Unborn child my foot! well am happy for her(NOT!!!). I vowed to take revenge on them so they should enjoy their happy moment for the time being..

     The rest of my day went smoothly apart from when I had to arrange my things for work tomorrow.

~NEXT MORNING ( J&K ENTERPRISES)

"Well, thus is where you will be working from now onwards Miss?"

"Ailee" I said to the ex secretary of the chairman. From what she had said earlier, she was travelling back to the country side and won't be returning anytime soon.

"Yes Miss Ailee, I think that's all for now. You look smart and promising so I don't think you'd have any problems with the chairman" she smiled revealing her deep dimples.

"Thanks ma'am " I said politely.

"If you need any help, don't hesitate to ask Davis " she said walking away.

"Okay ma'am " I shouted to her retreating figure.  Looking around I noticed my office was very big and spacious and had a bathroom which I found her neat and nice. It has a glass door that leads to the chairman's office which was just great.

     I settled down and on my computer only to see a head peeking in my office...

"What the hell?" I screamed out.

"Sorry, Sorry, am so sorry... I didn't mean to scare you" the person said coming inside fully.  It was a lady..

"Hi, The name is Vixen, I saw you walking with Mrs Stuart and I presumed you were the new secretary, really didn't mean to scare you" she said sweetly bringing her hand forward for a handshake which I took .

"Its no problem, I'm Ailee" I introduced.

Looking at her Well, she was wearing a long sleeve yellow shirt and a suit pants with her hair beautifully permed and her glasses placed on her nose region giving her a cute, nerd professional look.

"Love the name" she smiled.

" Thanks... Got that alot, Take a seat " I smiled back.

"Uhmm.... do you peharps know when the chairman arrives?" I questioned

"Him coming late means two things.... Either he's at a meeting or he's with his girlfriend " she said.

"Girlfriend??? I though he was married with kids" I asked.

"Gracious... No, our chairman is young and obviously not married" she laughed.

I laughed also... her laugh is so contagious.

"Buh, I promise it is the former cause he's rarely seen with females" she said.

"And there you are saying he's not married" I raised a brow.

"Promise it's the former... Well I gotta go, just came to say hi" she said standing already.

"Ohhh... thanks a lot Vixen, see you later I guess" I said.

"Yeah, why not?? Oh and lest i forget, the chairman loves chocolates and an iced Americano with sugar for the week start" she said glancing at me as she opened the door.

"Thanks a bunch girl, I didn't even know" I said.

"You're welcome...see you later "she waved as she closed the door.

   Thank goodness for that information..who want their Boss to scold them first day at work Definitely not me.. I shook my head and walked out of the office as I suddenly remembered the coffee shop I saw just opposite the company.

    After getting the chocolates and tea and extra latte I got for my self, I walked into the company only to bump into a wall...Oh wait!!!the wall was not that hard..I don't think I hit a wall.

  Looking up, I saw I hit a man's back....

"Am Sorry!!!AM deeply Sorry" I quickly lowered my eyes and apologised as I felt the person turning slowly.

"RAISE YOUR HEAD" I heard a deep sexy voice.
