Madeline didn't recognize the man until he spoke.

Unknown:– "Brother, I've been so unlucky lately!"💢😾💢

Wait! Wasn't this the star her client had asked her to malign on the Internet, but to no avail?

Madeline was taken aback and just stared at Darian's back The more she looked at him, the more she was surprised by the coincidence that he was Julius's brother.

Darian:– "I'm not sure which idiot paparazzo has been following me the other day!"😾💢

Darian:– "The video in which I had fun in a bar was posted on the internet again and again."💢😾💢

Darian scratched the back of his head, annoyed. Then he continued to whine.

Darian:– "I won't complain if the paparazzo stopped there, but the point is that idiot uploaded the video on every platform on the internet."💢😾💢

Darian:– "My public relations manager has been working around the clock these days to take down all the posts!"💢😾💢

Oh! If she were not mistaken, was he referring to her as the idiot paparazzo?

After a short pause, Madeline rubbed her hands silently while still looking at Darian from behind him. She wished she could take off her slippers and smack him across the face.

Julius:– "Alright, have you solved the problem? Have you found out the ID name?"❄️🙂❄️

Julius's faint voice could be heard.

Madeline rolled her eyes. She had failed! Why did he still want to know the ID name?

Unexpectedly, Darian replied,

Darian:– "I have. It says 'I was like a snowflake from the sky. It's obviously an idiot's name!"💢😾💢

Madeline:– "You..."💢😤💢

Madeline wanted to scold him after hearing the word "idiot" so many times.

Fortunately, she was still rational and immediately stopped reacting.

However, the two men downstairs heard it

Darian:– "What is that? Is there anyone else at home?"🤨

Darian looked up curiously.

Julius squinted as he noticed the hem of a robe flashing past the corner.

He smiled and realized what had happened right away.

Darian:– "It should be Benson,"😗 he said in a low voice.

Madeline's eyes brightened as she pushed Benson out of her arms.

Benson had no idea what had happened. He lowered his gaze to the two people downstairs. Instinctively, he didn't want to tell on Madeline.

He blinked many times before greeting Darian,

Benson:– "Hello, uncle."☺️❄️

Darian smiled when he saw Benson.

Darian:– "Oh, hey lil Benson. It's been a while. Come down and let me see if you've grown taller,"👋🏻😄

He said enthusiastically, waving at the boy.

Benson came to a halt and turned to face Madeline, quite hesitant.

Darian:– "What's wrong?"😕

Darian asked, amusement on his face.

Darian:– "Do you want to go upstairs and continue sleeping?"😕

Benson shook his head instinctively. But when he realized something, he quickly nodded and said,

Benson:– "Yes! I haven't slept enough!"❄️🥱

He then dashed back to Madeline, not waiting for Darian's response.

Darian:– "What's wrong with him?"😕😕

Darian asked casually as he sipped his tea.

Julius looked up at the stairs with a faint smile.

Julius:– "Perhaps it's because we have a cat here at home."❄️😏❄️

Darian:– "Cat? Since when did you keep a cat?"🤨

Darian looked at him in disbelief.

Julius was known to be a neat freak. He couldn't possibly have a cat at home.

Julius, on the other hand, nodded slowly and replied,

Julius:– "Had it recently. I just keep it for fun."❄️😼❄️

Madeline was stunned. Was Julius referring to her?

Darian:– "Really? I can't wait to see this cat. Is it adorable? Is that why you like it so much?"😽😽

Darian excitedly stood up and looked upstairs.

Madeline was nervous and took a step back, but she accidentally bumped into the little guy next to her.

She was about to comfort the little guy because she thought she had hurt him, but the little guy frowned and said,

Benson:– "Daddy is lying. We don't keep a cat."😾❄️

Madeline was taken aback.

Madeline:– «Your father is not talking about a real cat, baby.»🙃

She had no idea how to explain it to the boy.

Unexpectedly, Benson responded,

Benson:– "It's not good to lie. I'll talk to Daddy after they finish talking."❄️😾🌨️

Madeline:– "Okay."🆗

Julius was the one who said it anyway. It was just right for Benson to question him about it.

Madeline nodded her head repeatedly to show her agreement.

Meanwhile, Julius just asked Darian to leave.

Darian:– "Julius, I haven't finished a cup of tea yet. Are you driving me away already?" (ತ⁠_⁠ತ)

It seemed that Darian didn't want to leave yet. He reluctantly stood up and looked at Julius.

Julius raised his head and looked at him coldly.

Julius:– "I believe you've come here to get away from something, right?"❄️💢•Rubbing temples•💢❄️

Darian smiled awkwardly.

Darian:– "Well... why are you so blunt about it?" (ಠ⁠ಗ⁠ಠ)

Darian:– "I worked with a woman during an endorsement shoot, and she has been asking me out over phone. I have clearly rejected her, but she doesn't give up! I really didn't..."💢😾💢

Julius cut in coldly.

Julius then turned around and went upstairs.

Darian looked pleadingly at him.

Julius just walked around the comer and disappeared from his sight after a few seconds, not responding or even looking at him.

Darian sighed heavily and turned to leave.

Upstairs, Madeline was running back desperately.

As soon as she entered the bedroom, she saw Julius come in as well.

Madeline:– "Haha, good morning!"🌛🌛

When their eyes met, the corners of Madeline's mouth stiffened slightly and she smiled at Julius awkwardly.

But Julius looked at her and said,
