chapter 2: my baby

ADI's POV:

I wasn't able to sleep after receiving a slap as I felt very sick about this behavior of him.....then suddenly I felt a kick in my belly yes it was it l felt very delighted.... I whispered to myself,"yes it happened there is going to be a light in my life with you, my baby...... I wish you could be a boy, Not because I don't like

girls…...it's because I don't want you to face this cruel world,face these brutal people...... Goodnight baby...you are the star of the dark filled sky of my life....you are the hope of water in a desert like life of mine..... Furthermore, I will love you the most no matter what....... "

Author's POV:

After 3 months ,i.e; Adi is 8 months pregnant now......Adi got up as usual at 4:00 am and swept the floor, mopped the floor,made breakfast and lunch,made her carriage and walked to the field by 9:00 am and worked in the field up to 10:00 am then she started fetching water from the nearby well to water the field...

she noticed her father in law who was a selfish person EDWARD who was good in everything except money he never leaves anyone near money.....he always acts ruthless near financial help even for the dearest of dear.......

Edward asked ,"maybe you should rest your self dear as you are gonna give our in herit you shouldn't cause any sort of trouble to my grandchild don't you?"

Adi smiled a little and thought ,"he was good but all he cares about is only about his grandchild not about his daughter in law "made me feel more sick....then i realised at least he cares for him rather than leaving me like GAIL...

She thought to quit working but GAIL never accepted it as he wanted all his work to be done without his intervention and doesn't even want her to be treated well for doing so much......she continued doing it as she was scared of Gail....

Soon Edward noticed his daughter in law Adi on the ground covered in water.....soon he realised that her water broke out....he took her to very less facilitated hospital as he thought big hospitals would just be a waste of money......

Adi's POV:

on that morning;

Everything was normal as daily i went to work.....I started with plucking the weeds from the farm i almost completed 2 Acres in Hour I felt a bit dizzy and headache i thought it was due to the sunshine then i thought it would be better if I fill the water in the tank from well to water plants which i can do in shade might make me better....

I was busy doing my work I still felt a bit weak compared to other days.....I noticed Edward my father-in-law who asked me to quit working as he was worried about his grandchild I was a bit annoyed by his words but thought I deserved this anyhow.....
