CHAPTER 13

6 MONTHS LATER

2 years left, for Arthur's return,

Today, Tabitha had decided to bring my mom, Ellie and me with her to meet Priscilla and her children.

She said that the queen needed to go out of the castle occasionally, and that she wanted to go shopping with her.

So, we're going to be with them, shopping for the whole day.

At least I will meet Kathyln and Curtis, they will be significant in the upcoming events.

"Hey, Tom, should I come with you too?" Auro asked.

"It's up to you, I won't force you" I said.

"Fine, I will go then, I have to be there for my little princess" Auro said sarcastically.

“Whatever” I said.

"Big broder, mama said go eat breakfast, come now " Ellie said knocking on the door.

"She's so cute, isn't?" I asked.

"Totally agree with that" Auro said.

"What are your plans for today, Tom" Mother asked.

"Just some training" I replied.

"Do you mind keeping an eye on Ellie, while I'm out" She said.

“Okay mom” I said.

After eating breakfast Mom was out with my father, and I was there with my sister, the house seemed quite, as if we're the only ones here.

Wait a second, we are the only ones here, for real.

Where is everyone?

"Something feels off about this" Auro said.

"Yes, you're right" I said.

"Big broder , I want to play" Ellie said.

"play, you say, I think I have an idea" I said.

"Are you going to use that?" Auro asked.

"I'm afraid I have to" I said.

"But, it was supposed to be a secret" Auro said.

"Well, I have to be a good brother, right?" I said.

I kept too clones at home, and I went to the bat cave, my sister was with me too.

"Big broder, look, look" Ellie signaled towards a slider that was built in my cave.

"Wanna go there?" I asked.

"Yes, Yes" Ellie said. Obviously excited because she saw a clone sliding.

I took her there to try it, she had fun.

She didn't try this one only, but she tried every game that was built there.

A slider, a climbing wall, a car bumping game, a wheel, and many others.

She seemed to really enjoy her time, and I was there with her the whole time.

"Big broder I am hungry" Ellie said.

"Ok little Ellie l, should we go to Gojo?" I asked.

"Yes, Yes Gojo" she said.

I took her to the restaurant to eat, but this time we didn't go on feet, nor in a cart, but we used the newly built tempus warps.

But to make it secure we changed a little stuff in the machine to make it only accessible for the Dicathen model.

Not the Alacryan one.

We had a great meal, and we went back home.

As soon as we arrived I unsummoned the two clones, and I sat there for a little, Ellie was tired so she slept.

"Nobody is here yet, Alice took too long to get back, something feels fishy" Auro said.

"I know why would everybody disappear all of a sudden" I thought.

"Wait, could it be that Agrona discovered something" I said.

"We haven't left any trace of our activities in the beast glades" Auro said.

"Agrona was one step ahead of Arthur, it can't be the same now, I know everything, I was careful" I said .

Many mana signatures started moving closer to me from all the directions of our house, I could feel Mom's signature, Dad, Vincent, the twin horns and the rest were unknown to me.

"Did they take all of my contacts as hostages" I asked.

"Shit, that might be the case" Auro said.

"I am still weaker than scythes, than retainers, if they were the ones coming it's over for me, but if those were just normal soldiers, I think we can pull up a good fight, right Auro?" I said.

"Right, Tom, now prepare yourself" Auro said.

I activated thunderclap Impulse, my beast will, I prepared my spells.

The mana signatures were closer.

"Happy birthday Tom" many voices shouted.

I saw everyone's face, my family was there, and many guests, I believe.

"Happy birthday? My birthday" I asked.

"Turned out you forgot about it, Tom" Mom said.

"We actually expected that, that's why we devised tp surprise you this time " My father said.

"You were so focused on training that you forgot" Tabitha said.

"Am I the only one who observed that his eyes are yellowish and his hair looks more reddish" Vincent said.

"Shoot I forgot about it" I said internally.

I desactivated all of my preparations.

"No, it looks normal to me" My mom said.

"Did you know about this Aurora" I asked mentally.

"Yup, and I reallly enjoyed freaking you out" Auro said.

"Thanks mom, dad you 're the best" I said.

"Thank you too Uncle Vincent, Aunt tabitha, the twin horns, everyone who attendes this party ."

We have cut the cake,. Played some music and Laughed together.

"Now it's time for presents" My father said.

I got myself some presents that I don't even remember, but most of them were pieces of clothes, the twin horns were the few ones that understood me truly.

Because they brought snacks and food.

A few hours later

Father, Adam, Durden and Vincent, they all were drunk, while the woman were talking to each other.

Except for the famous introvert.

Jasmine Flamesworth.

"Hey Jasmine how are you going?" I asked.

"Good, u ?" She replied.

"fine"I said.

" Okay, what do you want" She said in response.

"can you tell me about your latest adventures?" I asked.

"Okay" Jasmine.

And then we went through a marvelous talk until the end of the party.
