Downtown Museum

"Have you given our names to the person in charge?", Sadaf asked Maya as she ate her sandwich.

"Yes, I have provided our names", said Maya as she was busy typing something in her phone.

Everyone was busy eating, but I was preoccupied with thoughts of Gray-eyed man once again. Why do I feel like I know him? It's as if I've met him before.

He has completely taken over my thoughts, ever since our eyes met at the pond and his alluring gaze left me mesmerized.

"Earth to mam", said Amer waving his hand in my face to pull me out of my thoughts.

"Oops, sorry! I got a bit lost in my thoughts there", I said smiling nervously at him. I need to prevent my self from constantly thinking about him.

"What are you going to do in the event?", asked Amer, causing me to look at him while sipping my chocolate shake.

"It will be a surprise for you all", I said as I glanced at Osman who was already staring back at me. I give Osman a questioning look while eating my chicken roll; he responds with a smile and looks away.

Osman is constantly watching me, but when I caught him staring, he just blushes, shakes his head, or looks away. It's weird, but it's just the way he is.

"What are you performing in the event?", I asked Osman, who looked at me with a beautiful smile on his face. His eyes sparkled as he replied, "I'll be singing a few songs".

"Nice", I said, as I glanced around the table and saw my friends deeply engaged in the discussion about the event. It was lively and energetic atmosphere.

Maya suddenly asked if we could skip the next class, catching us off guard. We stared at her in disbelief, wondering if she had lost her mind.

"And where would you suggest going after skipping the class?", I asked, raising my brow at her, curiously anticipating her response.

"You know, a little adventure wouldn't hurt", she replied with a mischievous grin. "Maybe we could go explore the nearby woods or check out that new museum downtown".

"I'm in", said Sadaf, raising her arms, as we turned to look at her. After Sadaf and Osman expressed their willingness to go to the museum, we decided as a group to skip our classes and head to the downtown museum together.

We stood up from the chairs, walked to the gates, and exited the university. Despite my headache, I couldn't dampen their excitement, so I went along with them.

It took us half and hour to travel from the university to the museum. The journey was quick and enjoyable, and we arrived ready to explore the exhibits.

As soon as we passed through the gates, my headache disappeared completely. The energy and excitement of exploring the exhibit filled me with joy.

As we stepped into the museum, I saw a vast collection of sculptures, artwork and artifacts. The beauty and history of exhibit left me in awe and admiration.

I saw a sculpture of a robed woman with a serene expression. The intricate details of her flowing garments and delicate features were mesmerizing.

I'm definitely going to try my hand at creating this sculpture on Sunday. I'm excited to see the finished product once I'm finished.

We go further into the museum and see a variety of stunning exhibits, from ancient artifacts to contemporary art pieces. Each room is filled with history and beauty that takes my breath away.

I see a particular artifact, an ancient vase with intricate designs. It brings a sense of wonder and speaks of the history within its fragile walls

I felt a vibration in my pocket and found my uncle calling. I realized we had been in the Museum for three hours without telling hum.

I picked up the phone and told him we were at the downtown museum. He said he would cone to pick us up soon.

I'm not a fan of selfies or photos in general, so I'm relieved when my friends are busy taking pictures with each other instead of dragging me into it.
