Aria hugged Daisy and said, "Don't worry my dear! I'll help you to avenge yourself!... And if I can't beat crap out of him then I am not worth this friendship !"

Daisy stopped the tears and said, "But I am still confused whether everything is in the right place or I am misjudging something!"

"What do you mean ? Do you still have doubts!?"

"Yeah, for instance the assistant kidnapped me and the CEO said that he will harm my family because of Felix, but suddenly his grandfather helped me and my Parents ... This is slightly confusing!"

"So you think that Felix might have been framed!?"

Sweety where are you? I'm coming to pick you up!

"My brother is coming to pick me up!"

"That's good, it's getting quite late though... But my driver isn't picking up the call... Let me call my father!" said Aria

"What happened, your driver isn't here yet?"

"I don't know, my father isn't responding too" said Aria

*They heard the car horn*

*Felix and Jake come out of the car*

"Sweety, come, it's time!" said Jake

Daisy looks at Aria. She was tensed and didn't want to leave Aria alone this late... She turned towards her brother and asked, "Brother, can you drop Aria home? Please! it's quite late and it wouldn't be right if she goes alone cuz it's getting dark!"

*Jake looks at Aria*

"Okay, but Felix didn't bring his car! And our home is quite far away so you can go with car and I'll walk her home!"

"Thankyou brother, you are the best!" said Daisy and hugged her brother

While Aria was walking with Jake, she looked at him with side eyes... Jake noticed it and said boldly, "Miss Aria Matthew, it will hurt your eyes if you keep staring at me!"

Aria was flustered that she got caught and due to distracted she stepped on a pebble and was going to fall down ! Jake quickly grasped the situation and held her in his arms so that Aria don't get hurt!

For a moment, it felt like time stopped for them! Aria and Jake were lost in each other's eyes. Aria felt that Jake's arms were quite tender and protective. For the very first time she looked at Jake this closely and noticed that Jake was quite handsome! His eyes were captivating, for a moment she forgot that she was in the middle of the path! Jake waved at her to catch her attention, she came back to her senses! She said, "Uhumm, Thanks!"

Jake replied, "While walking, focus on the road!" and Jake looked at her, He saw that Aria was acting shy. He knew Aria since she was friends with Daisy. He thought that this bold and brave girl can actually act shy!? He found it cute! *He giggles*

They began walking. To ease the awkward atmosphere Aria initiated the conversation "By the way, do you know that Daisy hates Felix?"

Jake looks at Aria and said, "Yeah, I know that, it's quite obvious though"

"So do you know the reason why she hates him?"

*Jake sighs* "Yeah, she says that he destroyed her dream!"

Aria stops walking! Jake was walking behind her and because Aria suddenly stopped, he accidentally bumped into her!

She turns back and said, "So when you know the reason, then why are you letting him traumatize Aria again!" she unintentionally raised her voice

Jake stared at Aria. He said, "One shouldn't react only knowing half of the truth." He said patiently

"Truth? So you already know about what actually happened with Daisy!?" asked Aria

"Aria, there are some matters which I can't say publicly now, I only want to say that I love my sister... Those who tried to lay even a finger on her will be dead soon! I just want you to act rationally" Aria looks at him in a confused way, but Jake continues, "You are her bestfriend, you will never let Daisy face accusations until and unless they are proved ... Right?"

"Yeah.... I will never let anyone falsely accuse Daisy just because of some wild guesses!" said Aria

"Exactly! Felix is my bestfriend and I'll never let anyone falsely accuse him too! it's just that some things can't be disclosed before the right time!"

Aria looks at Jake again. She was confused about what Jake was trying to say but also quite sure that Jake will also avenge his sister! She said, "I'll wait for your valid explanation! Can you promise me that if Felix ever hurts Daisy in anyway, then you'll avenge her?" Aria looked at Jake's eyes with hope!

Jake thought that Aria is genuinely a good friend and truly cares for Daisy! She was looking at him with hope in her eyes. He noticed that Aria is bold and brave on the outside but equally cute and timid from the inside! He thought that she is quite interesting!

He patted her head and said, "Okay, I promise , I'll always protect Daisy"

Aria smiled but as soon as she noticed that Jake patted her head, she blushed and made a face saying that , "I am not a child, remove your hand from my head!"

Jake started laughing. He said, "Okay okay! let's go home!"

*In Felix's car*

*In the back seat, Daisy and Felix are sitting*

Daisy was looking outside of the window. She was sleepy because she couldn't sleep previous morning. She cursed Felix in her thoughts, only because of his behaviour the previous night, she couldn't sleep properly.

Felix was looking at something in his phone. He saw Daisy and asked, "How was your exam?"

Daisy replied, "Not your concern!" and turned her face

"Ooh... So it looks like you can't make it to the college this time!" said Felix and again started looking at his phone.

Daisy became agitated and said, "Who said I can't make it? It was easy and I attempted every question!" said Daisy

Felix gave a satisfied look and said, "Good girl"

Daisy noticed that Felix tricked him. She was again frustrated and she was too sleepy to think about it. She rested her head at the window. Due to traffic, driver applied brakes at random which caused Daisy to bump her head in the window.

Felix noticed it and started laughing. He asked, "You didn't get enough sleep last night ?"

Daisy made a face and said, "Thanks to you, I had a good 3-hour sleep"

"You should improve your sleeping schedule.. As a student you should sleep for 8 hours, you are really irresponsible ......" he saw that she was asleep already. He stopped lecturing.

Daisy accidently bumped her head on his shoulders. Felix saw that and moved Daisy's head back but again she put her head on his shoulders.

He thought to let it be. He saw that Daisy was peacefully resting on his head and decided that he will not wake her up.
