CH 10

There was a long silence as the vampire continued to hold the delicate boy into his embrace , Jungkook's all movements seemed to cease with the sudden warm touch.

Though Jungkook absolutely despises this hold,despises this presence of this certain elder,despises how he had to crawl up to that male even after he had planned never to face that dominant persona ever....he is the only possible saviour right now.

"So...um... anything I ask?"The whispering tone sent shivers in to the younger's body.

Koo looked away with a huff after flinching for some good seconds.

"Speak up!"

And that was enough.The bunny orbs met the almond ones holding a galaxy of emotions,but one was prominent among them -fear.

"Y-yes...me pwomise...but.. plwease s-save Koo."

The elder tried to trace what the bunny held behind those eyes, failing in the endeavour.

'Anyone would like to look at those widened pupils for eternity'

Taehyung jerked back to reality.

What are these all? Why is he feeling so much?Why does his calm heart feels so thrilled when the little baby clings to him?

His heart's door has been locked ages ago...then from where did this baby creature find the key and penetrated it ,also with so much efficiency?

The beautiful bunny creature however was left in a spell.His boisterous heart always feels to hide somewhere each time the elder cones in his vicinity....but ironically destiny is always making him submit to the elder by himself, willingly or unwillingly.

Even his one firm tone succeeded in earning a reply from the Bratty kid.

'How is he so domineering over him? Domineering over his heart,his mind,his actions? Domineering over the functions of his body?Why he always ends up locked in the beast's cage?'

Before the two hearts could get more turmoiled or wrap up in the depth of their thoughts resulting in a hike in their heart beat,a loud knock was heard in the door.

The little baby fingers immediately grabbed the silk fabric,a bit tighter and pressed on to him tugging his head down on the hard chest...as if conveying him that he was the helpless one's only hope left .

The door opened revealing Koo's already met newcomer,eyes searching something or most likely someone.

Taehyung's jaw dropped on the floor.

So.....this is the guy koo was talking about?His own twin wants to eat up the bunny?

"Hey Tiger....have you seen some human baby here? I just came back today after weeks of work ...I literally survived on only coffee...I need that thing tossed coz I am fucking hungry and.....wait,is that...."

The new guy stopped as he found Taehyung,the almighty Taehyung's hands holding the food he was searching the whole palace in the whole time.

Taehyung stood up,long slender fingers unknowingly tightened the grip on the soft skin they were holding when it reached his ears that the possession of his hands are wanted by some other.

"Chim Hyung? I missed you so much lately..and you look more shredded....did you starve these days? Let's have some good bibimbap together...come with me!!"

Taehyung was about to leave the room when the guy's voice was heard again as he locked the door -

"Your tricks won't work on me Tae....I won't let you have the kid yourself...share it with me."

Taehyung gave a weird look as if he doesn't know what sharing the guy was talking about .



It was only when the other guy stepped closer and was about to grab the possession of his hands when he immediately jerked back ensuring that the little thing is untouched when his mouth chose to speak .

Stopping at a two metre distance from the other male he curved a Tata smile ~

"Oh this thing hyung? This shit is actually a Highness now...mom found him from some human settlement and adopted it...um..well, about sharing it,you need to talk with Eomma first...till now,we can do nothing except staring at the creature.."

"Is that a Royal order?"

"Yes yes...an ORDER Hyung... otherwise I would have left nothing but bones of him by now" Taehyung said while gazing at the soft one with his dark eyes, making the already frightened creature shiver as he digged his head more on the depth of the silk shirt of the vampire.

Taehyung liked it....the way his teasing always works on the baby,how he clinged to him more,how the baby has nowhere to go but him ....

"So tomorrow if mom brings a fucking rooster and makes it our brother,you will believe that? A food's a food Tae ....how long will you resist yourself?"the guy was getting impatient now...eyes reddening by every minute.

Taehyung still chose to put up his boxy smile as he headed towards the door to put the baby back to his room without bothering to reply to the demanded question.

But before the door could be opened, a strong hand was placed on Taehyung's arms halting his steps.He turned around only to see the fuming male glaring at him.

"As the order was made in my absence,I am not obliged to follow it "saying this he was about to scoup up the little body in Taehyung's hands when another pair of fingers grabbed his wrist, firmly..

"Kim Jimin!!! A Royal order applies for the entire vampire clan and if not,then as a Lord,I will have to ensure that it does."

Kim Taehyung has grabbed the wrist of the other, halting him from touching the baby in his hold.

It was a dreary unpleasant situation as everything outside shrouded in silence.Darkness gradually engulfed the environment.

Baby Koo's eyes widened hearing the seriousness in the elder's voice.He is convinced now that there is always a steady dominance illustrating through Taehyung's nature. Now,he isn't the Taehyung who acts as a crackhead with a carefree attitude but a responsible alpha lord.

'Beasty........is a walking contradiction.'

Koo seemed to get lost in the thought while peeking a look at the beasty when his deep voice suddenly interrupted him .

"We'll talk about this after Her Majesty arrives.Till then,you are compelled to consider this boy as the Baby Highness of the Empire."

Taehyung didn't even waste a single more second to open the door but before he did,he took one of his velvet robe out of the cupboard and covered the baby with it who has been long feeling exposed the entire time, feeling uncomfortable of the devilish stare of the other male on him ....

Koo came across as receiving a heart attack when all of a sudden the elder wrapped him up unexpectedly in a caring manner.

'How did he know Koo needed something warm?'

Taehyung's arms continued to firmly hold the baby in the same dominant and stern manner as he entered his Eomma's room, locking the door from inside.

It was all messed up for koo...the sudden turn of situations and the tight vicinity.....

As soon as he was placed on the bed,his baby fingers took no time to clutch the fabric wrapping around his body ...

"W-wan Cooky hyungie"his cracked voice mumbled lowly in Taehyung's ears.

The vampire sighed.Though he knows very well that Jimin has never broken a royal order till date....he has always been a critic to the laws.

Moreover,his twin brother hates Human tribe.

He looked at the beauty in front of him ....large doe eyes screaming out the fragility he holds,the innocence his heart carries,the trauma his mind is bestowing.....

He moved closer to the tiny creature, looking more tiny due to constant panicking.

"As a vampire,you mean a food to me...as a lord,I am duty bound to obey the order...

My mind triggers my instincts but my heart chooses to calm them down.Someone sees you as meal while some as a pretty creature with a beautiful soul."

Koo stared at the elder blankly...none of the words coming out of him replied to where his Cooky hyung was...neither he could understand what the vampire means....but the elder continued to give voice to his emotions... fearlessly because he already knows that the other one won't understand a word ....

"There is disagreement in vision. But in the end,you will change everyone's mind....and become one of us..." There was a strange relaxing tone in his voice as he finished the sentence.

Koo was getting more confused and out of the utter disgust which the meaningless words of the elder was giving him....he wailed, loudly -

"C-cooky hyungie..."

And it made the vampire take 2 seconds to call his brother explaining him everything, where the track has headed.

"Stay with him ...I am coming in fifteen minutes."Jin's tensed voice was audible from the other side of the phone.

Taehyung stared at the baby who is sleeping peacefully curled up in a ball in the bed.As if the messy beauty doesn't remember what might have happened to him today ....

He played with the slightly curly hair of Jungkook pondering of the upcoming storm knocking on the door ...which may or may not tangle the sensation blowing inside the four brothers....

It's not that the storm won't calm down ....it will cease soon as Kookie's cuteness and selfless nature starts to rule over Jimin....but will that lead to a beautiful end or will give rise to a pandemonium among the five peaceful hearts which have been stable since ages ?

Suddenly the door opened and Taehyung's eyebrows stitched up....lines deepening on his forehead .

"Hyung?"
