Aena sits alone on a bench in front of the Za-Core Factory. Her skin pale and with dark lines under her eyes, due to a lack of sleep.

She brings out a sandwich from the bag which was right next to her and starts to chow down on it. This was the only way she could take her mind off what was worrying her.

"Don't think you have the right to do whatever you want. Ungifted scum"

A tall and confident girl, with way more makeup required for an average looking girl to look beautiful, looks down at Aena.

Aena grabs the girl's arm. "I won't reject you. Just keep coming."

The girl tries to remove her arm from Aena grip, but to no avail.

Then Aena stands up.

And to her surprise, she is suddenly swept off her feet by a mysterious force and falls on her back.

A bunch of other students gather around her, with laughter on all their faces.

Yes. This was her life, Aena had already accepted all this, as the only person in the phoenix who could not receive gifts from God.

She had no friends nor people she could call her family, and the only person who ever showed any form of compassion for her was missing.

Yes. This was her life, but Jack just had to treat her like a human. He just had to lift her hopes up. She did not want to accept all this anymore.

Aena was almost at her limit.

But all that did not matter, because they were all suddenly lit on Fire by a black flame.

Blood spill from the burning corpses and stain Aena's uniform. "Wha-?"

"You are lucky to be on the floor, when I launched my attack". A Mysterious hooded person, holding a katana, stands on a building.

The thick red blood soaking her clothes and the sound of her classmates, were enough to finally make it happen.

Aena was at her limit.

Then she blindly launches towards the figure with the katana. The person jumps down towards Aena, and kicks her abdomen.

Aena does not flinch, then she grabs the person's head and launches her knee directly on their face and they both fall to the floor.

Then Aena stands up and runs towards the person.

"You shouldn't go around stealing other people's prey!"

Aena stops in her tracks right after coming to the realisation of what she just said.

"My prey? Was I really going to kill them?"

Presented with a golden opportunity, the mysterious figure runs towards Aena and... Impales his blade through her chest.

"You were lucky enough to die by my sword, since I can't use my gift now. How I loath you people."

Aena struggles to hear what he was saying, as she is slowly encroached by the entity called death.

Then he pull out his sword from Aena's chest and walks away.

Aena falls to the floor and into eternal slumber. Floating in the abyss.

And then a dull voice reaches out to her, through the Darkness:

"Aena. You have been granted the opportunity to come back to life. Do you ...?"

"No. This is where I belong."

The disaster had finally come to an end.
