My love for you.

As the blanket fell off I felt the sting cold. I woke up, and the beaming sunlight from the window touched my face. The lukewarm feeling got me. I put on a smile and leave my bed. Then a voice got me.

" Rayon!! You are gonna be late again!!"

" huh? !!! "

I open my eyes in shock!!

"OMG! I'm still in bed!! "

Still!! I got ready and took my cycle to my school. I'm going to take the road in front of Denver's house again!! Hope he has not left yet.

Hey, let's meet with me!! I'm Rayon Kelsey. A 17 year, high school student. And if you are thinking who is Denver he's my childhood friend. Who was my neighbor, but now he had moved to a different neighborhood.

I treat him like my best friend. He is super popular and kind to everyone maybe that's why I like to spend time with him. But there is a little secret that I kept to myself.

I'm in love with him!! It is an unrequited love that's from my side, and I am 100% sure that this will never work out.

Then why I don't get rid of my feelings? I tried many times but whenever I saw him, my efforts ended up in vain. He's so gorgeous that I can't help but look at him.

I'm entering Denver's neighborhood, and I just slowed my cycle speed "Is he out to school? "

And then with the pounding of my heart, I saw him. "Here he is!!"

With a gray winter jacket on the top of the school uniform and a woolen cap covering his head. Just heading out from his house gate. I speed up. Then deliberately slowed down again to say "Hi!!"

 As soon as I bade, he looked at me. My heart skipped a beat.

"Hi!! Good morning!! You are taking this road again? "

My answer was ready. I replied with a sad face," I don't like to go to school alone, it's pretty boring, and you know I'm not friends with others."

He smiled, "okay!! Okay!! Let's go now.!!"

We met other students on the road they company us. But the time, that little time when we were alone. I cherished that moment.

I cherished, the talk we had, his beaming smile. We didn't talk very much and that's only related to school or TV shows or games. But whatever it is it's only ours.

I was my nine cloud on my own. I just wandered alone to have one look at him. I stared from afar, while he was the center of the attraction. We reached to the school and everyone got to their class. I'm 11 the grade and Denver is 12th. So, there's a low chance of us meeting, but I follow him every day to come to school.

Everyone knows how love hurts... I need to take the pain. But is it meant to be that hurtful?
