Goodbye...

I felt the wind on my face as I sat on the swing here in the park. The sound of children playing created a peaceful mood. This was a beautiful place here in Seoul. I was born and raised here. Made many memories with friends. Too bad I'm moving to Seoul. What a waste. I closed my eyes as I drifted to daydream land. I reminisced about all of the times here in the park. The thought of me leaving my best friends here in Busan. Tsss. Why does dad have to fall in love with a prick? He moved on easily from mom's death. I'm not.

"So are you just gonna mope there on your last day with us?" A familiar voice said to me. I opened my eyes and saw two of my best friends, Kai and Sehun standing in front of me.

"Do I have a choice?" I chuckled slighlty and gave them my best fake smile I got. "Maybe." They smiled back and held out their hand. Guess I'll spend the day with them. After all, it is my last day in Seoul.

We went to an amusement park and played games there. What a good way to create an unforgetable memory that will forever leave a scar here. *Insert pointing at the heart.

It's good to escape reality even if it keeps on coming back until it catches you and latches itself unto you until you wake up knowing you have nothing else but yourself.

"There! I want to ride there!" Sehun pulled us excitedly in front of a ride. A rollercoaster. Seriously, I'm younger than him yet he acts like a 5 year old. I nodded in agreement while Kai looked paler than his usual dark self.

"U-Uhm..I'll p-pass..." He nervously said stuttering through his words. I looked at Sehun with an evil grin on my face and he nodded. He knows what I'm thinking. Great minds really think alike.

"You're thinking what I'm thinking?"

"Mmmhmmm."

"G-guys?" He took a step back every time we took a step forward. Soon, those steps turned to fast pacing steps. We chased him around the park persuading him to ride the roller coaster with us.

"Do we have to be like this? I'm hyung here!"

"C'mon pussy. Do it for Jungkie!"

"Yah! For me please!" I gave him my puppy dog eyes and pouted. He suddenly froze in place. It worked. My trap worked. A gave him an unknowingly smirk and grabbed both of his hands. "W-wait!! You tricked me!"

"Well it's your fault. You're so pabo." I teased him.

"Mommy."

"That was fun!" I happily said while Sehun was driving us home. "Easy for you to say." Kai responded after he puked for the nth time on the road. Me and Sehun laughed at the pale person. I truly enjoyed this day with them. We rarely hang out in school. It's good that we had the chance to bond even if I'm moving.

After a 10 minute drive, we arrived in front of my house. To me it's just a house. Not a home. Not anymore.

"Guess I'll see you guys around?" I said with both my hands in my pocket. They both smiled and pulled me to a group hug.

"Remember us."

"Don't forget us."

The hardest part is that I know, all of these years when I was here in Seoul are ending. But I'll always remember.

"I will and I won't"

We released from our hug and said our last goodbyes. They entered Sehun's car while I walked to the house. I looked behind to see the car doing a u-turn. The drivers window rolled down and revealed Sehun and Kai waving goodbye. A tear streamed down my cheek.

"Goodbye." I muttered to myself and wiped the tear.

We have had the time of our lives but now the pages have turned, the stories left behind. It's hard to walk away from these best of friends. But if it has to end, I'm glad you have been my friend in the time of our lives.....
