Chapter Two: is this a dream?

Guy: Don't think about hiding because we will find you wherever you go. See you, honey. (smiles)

They carry her blindfolded and throw her near her house at 12 am. She's shaken and meets her mother, Jane, at the door.

Sun, disoriented and shaken, stumbled towards her house. The sinister echoes of the guy's threat lingered in her mind as she reached the doorstep, her senses heightened by the harrowing experience.

The air outside Sun's house was cool and damp as she stumbled towards the front door. A chill ran down her spine, not just from the night air but from the unsettling encounter that still echoed in her mind. The distant sounds of the city at night seemed muffled, drowned out by the disquiet within.

The guy's ominous words lingered, haunting every step she took. The blindfold, hastily removed, left impressions on her skin, a tangible reminder of the surreal journey she had just endured. Shadows seemed to play tricks in the corners of her vision, heightening the sense of vulnerability as she approached the familiar threshold of her home

Jane: Honey, where have you been? I was looking for you. What happened? I called Ash.

Sun: Mom, I was just walking outside. I'm tired.

The Next morning...

Sun, who spent the night thinking, goes to the kitchen for coffee.

Jane: Good morning, honey.

Sun: Good morning, Mommy. (yawning)

Jane: Your eyes look puffy. Are you okay?

Sun: Mom, I...

As they entered the house, the air seemed charged with an unspoken tension. The living room, once a haven of tranquility, now bore witness to the aftermath of a nightmarish encounter

Flashback to last night:

Sun goes to her brother's room, searching while he's out. Unable to sleep, after an hour on his PC, she finds a USB under the chair with disturbing content. Shocked, she hides it under her bed.

Jane: What?

Sun: Nothing, I was revising all night.

Jane: Ah, okay, honey.

Sun goes to college and meets her best friend, Ash.

Ash: You look so tired. What happened?

Sun: It's because I woke up early. Let's go to class.

Someone stares at her. After class, Ash and Sun go to the university cafeteria.

Ash: Can you go before me? I need to go to the bathroom.

Sun walks, checking her phone, and sends a message to Fred.

[Hey Fred, call me when you're free. We need to talk.] Send ✓

She bumps into a tall guy who helps her pick up her things. Sun runs off without looking back, leaving the guy confused.

Sun is waiting for Fred's response, but he doesn't reply.
