Chapter 4

Hera was catching her breath as she tried to decipher what just happened when a voice called her.

"Hera" It was soft spoken. Hera flinched as she turned her head quickly behind her back.

The silhouette of a young lady caused her to calm down. It was Auria. Her cousin

"S-sorry" the girl spoke "I didn't mean to... Startle you"

Hera, still holding her father's crown, placed it back on top of her head. "It's fine."

Auria's eyes were fixed on Hera's crown.

"You're Auria, right?"

"Yeah, I-uh... Sorry about my sister, she's just..."

"Insecure" Hera continued.

"Well... She is, but she's nice most of the time too"

Hera stepped forward and sat on the same spot she sat on earlier. She tilted her head a little to tell Auria to sit beside her.

Auria, who was still a little shy around the princess, hesitated but she pursed her lips and did anyway. The garden was dark at this time, since they were at an unsual part of the garden. Auria touched the soil below the cement they were sitting in and a few sprouts grew and held a tiny light at the very tip as it's fruits.

"Wow" Hera said "I wish I could do that"

Auria smiled "I was always curious about your powers" What she said made Hera look at her. "My father told me, that the first ability we gain, has something to tell about our personalities"

Hera stayed silent. She knew that. Her mother told her as well, but she just can't figure out why is it so hard for her to do other things than using butterflies to go to different places without being spotted. Maybe she really was stubborn, she loves hiding and running away. But something about her other abilities not showing up, still remains a mystery to her.

"Do you feel bad because your future queen can't protect you?"

"I don't" Auria said calmly "But I am waiting for the day you finally get to know yourself more"

Hera and Auria are almost the same age. But it seems that this time, Hera questioned herself. Who am I really?

"Auria! Our carraige has arrived, time to go" Auria's mother called.

"I have to leave. I'll see you again soon, Princess" she said as she stood up and left.

Hera followed her with her sight then she looked down at the lights that Auria left. She reached out to touch it. But her brows furrowed as her sight fell to the soil... With particles of sand. Her heart started racing again, recalling the conversation she had with that Deaven.

"They crowned a 'princess' for a ruler?" A shrill voice from one of the Trolls in the Emerald Forest. "Ain't that a bit odd?"

"Well... In some circumstances, it is... But don't forget that our Queen was also a princess" said a female Farxe who was beside him.

The troll swallowed as they both looked far into the Caelum Kingdom, now celebrating.

In the Lorathus, the two Lorath brothers were fencing. Both wearing only their dress shirt, which was inserted in their training trousers. Both are bathing in sweat in their, seems like never ending practice.

"That's your plan? Wait for them to lower their guard? They are not stupid you know" Shane spoke as he attacked causing Finn to block him with his sword.

"Are you questioning my mind, Brother?" Finn pushed his sword which caused Shane to step back but not fall completely.

"Oh please, you don't look like you have any" Shane smirked and flipped his hair before attacking again.

"Am I interrupting?" Shane and Finn both look to their left when someone spoke.

They backed away from each other. Shane rolled his eyes as he threw his sword while Finn held a calm face as he grabbed a towel.

"What brings you here Horus" Finn said calmly.

"Answer that question, and leave" Shane snapped irritated by the latter's presence. He attempted to walk out of the room.

"Oh come on" Horus smirked and snapped a finger to build a wall of sand to block his way. "Is that how you treat your visitors, Captain?"

"I told you not to call me names" Shane raged.

"Stop making a mess with your sand all over my place, Horus" Finn inserted once more "Now, state your business"

Horus dropped his wall, making most of the sand bathe Shane and smiled at Finn like he didn't know what he did. "I couldn't help but overhear your slightly stupid idea of attacking the Caelums off-guard. I have a better suggestion, that is, if you want to hear it"

Shane, who was removing the sand from his clothes, stopped and raised a brow and laughed "Horus, I didn't know you had such great humour" He continued to laugh then held a poker face "As if you're really on our side, this whole trojan act is unbelievable"

Horus approached Shane slowly. Shane grabbed the sword he threw a while ago. Horus wiped some sand from Shane's face "I think... Silence suits you best" Horus smiled mockingly. Shane instantly used his sword to hit the guy in front of him.

"Don't lay your dirty hands on me, faggot" Horus just smirked, raised both his arms as if surrendering then walking backwards before turning his attention back to Finn.

"So still wanna talk about my plan?"

Finn paused "I don't see one good reason for us to take help from a deaven"

Shane shouted "Ha!" To annoy Horus but it seems to have not worked.

Horus took a glance behind him where Shane was then back at Finn "Ouch" Horus held a fake sad face as he held his chest. Then smirked as he put it down "Very well... But if you get tired of waiting for those Caelums to expose their weakness..." Horus moved forward to whisper in Finn's ear "My home is not very far from yours" Horus pulled back and smiled. He took one glance at Shane and winked playfully, causing Shane to sneer. Shane was disgusted with his unbelievable behavior, which made Horus even more mischievous as he covered himself in sand and disappeared.

"Bastard" Shane whispered under gritted teeth.

Finn was about to walk past him. Finn looked where Horus was vanished then back at his brother.

"He is... isn't he? Your 'best friend' is hopeless at change" Finn tapped his brother's left shoulder twice and smiled mockingly before actually leaving.

Shane scoffed. "Change? I want him to disappear, not just change!" He scoffed "And who calls that faggot a friend? He clearly doesn't deserve one!"
