Episode 1

A white luxury car driving at a high speed enters the gates to the airport. Everyone around looked at it and expected a middle aged rich man to come out from the car. To their surprise a young woman stepped out from the drivers seat. She had long white hair smoothly swaying with her movements. tall slender body wearing a suit, conservative clothing but forming all her curves perfectly. She walks so elegantly with her stilettos. Her body looked frail but her movements and aura is so intimidating everyone around took a step back with every click and clack of her shoes.

While walking a bit fast towards the entrance she picked up her phone, “where is the plane stationed?”

The guy on the phone responded angrily, “where are you? Are you already at the airport? Why did you leave me?”

“You were too slow I need to get there as soon as possible”

“Haaa?? I’m on my way wait for me. Besides that plane isn’t even ready yet they’re still checking its engines because there are some weird noises, we have to wait for it to be done.”

She groaned and replied, “call them right now and tell them to get it ready, I’m sure it’ll be fine I’ll only use it to Paris then you book me a business class ticket on the way back if you’re worried that much.”

Impatient as she always is, she walked towards the attendants and asked, “ Hi, I’m Amari Lucine. May I know at what gate is my plane at?”

“Miss Lucine, I’m afraid you’re plane is not yet ready for boarding. Please wait for a few more minutes for us to check on the engines. If there are problems we can offer you a business class seat on the way to Paris right away.”

Amari lowered her sunglasses to see the attendant eye to eye, “ and what time will that plane be taking off?”

“At about 20 mins, Miss Lucine.” She lowered her head as she replied.

Amari slammed the counter, “you think I have time to wait that long? Get my plane ready right now.”

The attendant didn’t want to anger her even more so she showed her the way, “this way Miss Lucine, I’ll escort you on your way.” Takes a deep breath while leading the way. “Your baggage is already on its way to the plane as well. Please inform as right away if you have anything you need.”

An hour later into the flight.

Amari is typing on her laptop when she hears a screeching noise getting louder and louder. “ excuse me what is that?”

The flight attendant hurriedly assisted her to be ready for any accidents. “Madam I think we need to prepare, the captain said that we are having troubles with the engines. We are going to make an emergency landing on the nearest runway.”

Amari looked at the window scared of what she saw, “But we’re still above water and I can’t see any land nearby?”

“I’m going ask the captain, please stay as calm as possible” she tried to reassure her but as she walks away her knees are obviously shaking.

“ oh my god” Amari thought to her self in panic but trying to look as composed as possible. She’s having a mix of emotions already. I feeling of fear, regrets, and most importantly guilt. She knew that if only she didn’t push through with the flight she wasn’t able to drag those other people to their deaths with her. That feeling emerged when she saw the flight attendant shaking when she left.

Her eyes went widely open didn’t even have time to react. A really loud bang pierced through her ears, then everything went black.

“Mr. Vince, there’s an emergency. It’s the plane that Ms. Lucine was on...”

Vince stropped and dropped his suit case in shock. “Whaaa... no it can’t be?”

“The plane... the plane crashed.”

Tears started flowing down his face as he dropped down his knees, “why?.... why doesn’t she ever listen to me?”

Paused for a moment and immediately stood up. “Where’s the crash site? Send for rescuers right away.”

“Sir, here’s the report.”

Vince read it pulled out his phone and made a call, looked back at the his staff and said. “Book me a ride to wherever that crash is.” And walked away.

“Urghh... what happened?” Amari slowly regaining consciousness.

She sat up and looked around her, “am I still alive?”

Slowly, she stood up to look for help and the ones with her on the plane. Took her about an hour to look around to find out that she’s alone in an island where there’s no other islands nearby. Neither did she find any signs of the pilot, guards, and attendants in the plane, only a few pieces of things drifted to the island with her.

“Vince better find me in at most 2 days or I’m going to ghost you if I die here alone.”

Amari decided to go to the spot where she woke up and build a camp there. “All those training and camping’s finally paying off huh?”

The Lucine family never raise their children like prince and princesses. Because of the dangers of coming from a very powerful family they were raised to be able to protect themselves by fighting in combat and survival. She also knows how to use basic firearms. Everyone in their family are very independent on the inside, but they look like they relay everything on money. Remove the old money riches and they’ll still be able to thrive.

Amari never thought she’ll be able to have the chance to use her skills because she’s always surrounded by bodyguards, hence she never needed to be on survival mode that isn’t part of her training. But luckily she took all those trainings seriously when she was young.

She’s now done setting up camp by using the drift wood and metals she found along with leaves and sticks on the island. She’s also able to catch a fish for dinner.

“I’ve always hated the taste of grilled fish... but ow well... better than insects.”

A few hours into the night.

A man woke up in the middle of the ocean. “Mmm... damn it’s too dark.” He was lying on the floor, stood up and tried to find his way around. “Ow yeah I had a really bad headache while piloting the yacht and passed out.”

He turned the lights on. “But what was that, is it a dream? A man with a white hair... who could he be?... such a weird dream but it felt so real.... well it’s just a crazy dream anyway.”

The man started the boat and is now navigating his location to go back. A few minutes into the pitch black ocean, he saw a small light. He looked into his navigation gear and saw that, that light is coming from a lone island. The man decided to go look at what’s happening on that island.

The closer he gets the brighter the light. And finally he saw a bonfire, but why is a lady alone on such a dangerous place? He looked around and he can’t see any transportation nearby. So how did she get there?

The man decide to get down on the island and meet her personally.

Amari stood up and tried to observe the yacht that’s approaching. He didn’t know if she should get help from them or runaway because they may be dangerous people in that yacht.

She just stood there and decided to talk first. Looking at the docked yacht a man came down. He looks tall, he’s wearing a white button down shirt; fitted just right carving into his muscular upper body, half open showing his perfectly formed pecs. The sleeves folded halfway up showing the tattoos on his arm. His long black hair half tied up in a bun, and the lower half swiftly being flown out by the wind behind him.

As he approaches the bonfire, Amari’s image becomes clearer to him. He couldn’t believe what he’s looking at. Is that an angel or a human standing right in front of him. Before he could even speak Amari realized she’s barely covered because she removed some of her clothes to dry out near the fire. She immediately grabbed her coat it was a bit torn but still enough to cover her.

The man let out a slight laugh and cleared his throat. “Uhemm”

She looked at him scornfully as she put on her coat. While he looked the other way to give her time to cover herself first.

“What are you doing here alone?” He asked.

“What were YOU laughing at a while ago?” Amari re-batted

He smiled and said, “it’s just that i find you cute.”

She immediately showed an expression of disgust and took a step back.

“Oh no no no... not in that way. And don’t worry I won’t harm you. I was just curious what you were doing in a place like this without a boat or any transportation.” He said so as he took a step back and raised his arms up.

She sighed, “do I look like I wanted to be here? My plane crashed somewhere and i was drifted here.”

“Damn that’s one hell of a movie situation you’re in.” He put his hand out and said, “I’m Galen Kolby nice to meet you in the most random way possible.”

She hesitated at first but she still shake his hand, “Amari Lucine, what are you doing out in the middle of the ocean at this hour?”

“I was just chilling where no one is around and passed out. When I woke up it was already dark. I was on my way back when I saw a light coming from here.” Galen explained while finding a spot to sit near the bonfire. While Amari slowly walked back and forth across him, she still doubts him so can’t relax enough to sit down.

“Do you have a phone with you?” She hopefully asked.

“I do but there’s no reception out here.”

“What about a radio?”

“It was busted a few days ago, I have yet to get it fixed.”

She was shocked in disbelief, “whatt? Why didn’t you get it fixed before setting out? If something’s destroyed fix it.”

“Calm down my boat still moves I can get you to the city and return home.”

“I’m not an idiot who goes into a strangers car, let a lone getting on a boat in the middle of nowhere.” Amari worriedly expressed herself.

Galen smiled and said, “it’s up to you angel, I’ll leave now if you’re uncomfortable.”

He stood up and turned around. And as he was about to leave she grabbed him in the arm. “Wait!” She hurriedly stopped him and paused for a minute.

He turned around to hear what she’s about to say. But she just paused and was looking at the ocean to her left. She’s still pondering what to do that she can’t even look at him yet. While he also froze in a daze from looking at her closely. As if he was captivated by her immense beauty that he unconsciously reached for her hand that’s holding him.

The moment his hands laid on her hand they both woke up in shock. Amari furrowed and retrieved her hand.

“Hey, don’t touch me.”

Galen shook his head and laughed, “angel, you were the one who touched me first. I was just getting your attention because it looks like you’re taking your sweet time holding my hand in a daze.” He reasoned out to her.

“I wasn’t in a daze because of holding you. I just need a little bit of time to decide.”

He stood straight and crossed his arms. “ well have you decided?”

“I....Alri” she was about to reply but he cut her of and said, “okay I know what position you’re in. You’re lady anyways, it’s good that you’re conscious about strangers. So why don’t you go to the yacht and sleep for tonight and I’ll camp out here so we could distance ourselves, so you could relax a bit and decide properly. It’s hard to go back anyway, because it’s too dark out there.”

“What if you attack me while I was asleep.”

Galen sighted, “attack is suck a harsh word for a gentleman like me, I even exchanged places with you. But it’s that or I could just leave and you’ll wait for rescue to arrive, if there is a search and rescue team looking for you. But then again what if someone more dangerous was to arrive while you’re alone? Or a storm could come and you won’t have any shelter while you wait for rescue?” He shrugs, “what risk are you going to take?”

“Okay, fine. I’ll go to the yacht. But we’ll go back now because staying here till the sun rises just increases my time with you here alone.”

Amari turns around and walks towards the yacht. “Alright let’s go” he replies as he followed behind her.

The both of them walked silently, only hearing the sound of the waves crashing to shore. Galen walked slowly while looking at her closely from head to toe when he noticed her hair. He pulled out a flash light from his pocket and put it towards her.

Her hair, it’s not not blonde. It’s white. He didn’t notice it earlier because the yellow light from the bonfire made it look golden blonde. And at that moment he remembered the dream he had recently.

“was that dream a premonition? But I was sure the white haired person in it was a man.”..... “well, maybe the gods that showed me a premonition made a mistake.” He jokingly thought to himself. “What an interesting encounter.”

They reached the yacht but before Amari was able to go up she suddenly fainted.

Galen rushed and picked her up. He scanned her and found that she was bleeding from her side. “Why didn’t she say she was injured?”

He carried her up to the yacht and secured a spot for her, took the first aide kit and temporarily wrapped her waist in a bandage to prevent further bleeding.
