A person reached near the car with his umbrella. Typing something on his phone, trying to get signals by waving his phone in the hope of better signals to at least make one phone call.
Driver
Madam, I can't call them because there are no signals because of heavy rain, but I texted-
Just as he was about to complete his sentence, he looked up to see his madam, but his breath hitched, and blood ran cold as he looked at the scene in front of him.
His saw his madam laying in a pool of blood.
He rushed towards her.
Driver
Madam, can you hear me "trying to shake her"

Oh no, what should I do
He checked her pulse, and it was low.
Fear took over his body. That what will happen to him if the lady on the road actually dies.
His mind went blank, his intuitions told him to run away. And he did run away, leaving a half dead woman on the road covered with blood.
According to him, he did the right thing he has a family to feed.
She is a rich lady if she didn't make it. The blame will be automatically shifted on him.
And he certainly does not wish to get stuck in a police case, which will ruin his image, and he will get a lifelong tag of a murder.
But little does he know that he won't even be alive if the lady's son got to know about it.
So he did what he thought was the best for him. Running away to save his life.
