Her fate

In the morning

Her stepmother entered the room where she was imprisoned. Her footsteps were loud enough to give Sia goosebumps. She woke up suddenly like a demon entered her sweet dream.

As soon she opened her eyes her stepmother started to bluff "Good morning Sweetheart, I gave you enough time to decide so tell me what have you decided?"

Even after begging her for a few hours her stepmother didn't listen to her. Sia was quite surprised by this because it was the first time she didn't beat her for speaking up in front of her. She thought her stepmother might be a little kind towards her, but her misconception didn't last long as her stepmother said "Don't think that I being kind towards you, it's just that I don't want to spoil your face before your marriage what will the boy's family think that I mistreat you. I can't waste my day with you, I have many other works to do so don't waste my time if you want to attend your workshop agree to this marriage that's all I will never resist you from going there and if you still have guts to say no then have guts to forget your dream forever. She started crying even more realizing her helplessness. While crying, she replied "You didn't leave me with a choice, so I am agreeing to whatever you say but in return you are not allowed to take any of my decisions from now on this was the last do you agree with this?"

Her stepmother started to dance hearing this and replied" Yes of course sweetheart as you say now come on stop crying and behave like a happy bride to be let me prepare for your wedding ceremony"

Sia was completely broken so she closed her eyes and saw an image of her mother saying "Don't cry you are my brave daughter be strong and fight back. Now go and prepare for your workshop tomorrow"

"Oh no I almost forgot it's tomorrow thank you mom I should go to my room and call Kate for information"

In her room

She was calling her best friend Kate. She was the only friend who understands her and cares for her.

"Finally you picked up my call. Tell me what happened in the past 2 days did I miss something important?"

Her best friend replied in a soft and relaxed voice "No you didn't miss out on anything I hope you prepared for tomorrow."

She felt relief after hearing her voice "No I didn't" while saying she looked up on the clock and started panicking "wait I don't have much time bye bye! See you tomorrow"

Kate replied laughing "Yeah bye bye"
