Chapter 4

Diana’s POV

“Uggh my head hurts,what the hell just happened.”She said with a splitting headache.

I remember that I was in my kitchen preparing to go to the mountains then all of a sudden I was surrounded by a beam of light,then I started floating and then there was a big flash.Ok I just need to calm down ,let me open my eyes and check out the environment.

She opened her eyes and was blinded by the lights and then her eyes adjusted the place she was in looked like a futuristic cell like something you’d see in the movies,she stood up and touched the walls

Then don’t feel like concrete or normal metal ‘Titanium’ maybe.

Then she turned around and saw at the entrance of the place she was in was open,

Oh it’s probably a way out,wait if I was brought here and put in this place I don’t think they would want me moving around so freely wait where is my bag ?.

She looked around and saw her bag in the place she was lying down unconscious previously.She heaved a sigh of relief.

“Phew thank God at least I still have my bag,let me look for a piece of paper I know I carried a notepad in my bag in case i needed to jot something down.”

She found the notepad and tore a page out of it then she squashed it into a ball and stood up and walked towards the ‘Open entrance’ .

“Ok here goes nothing” As soon as she threw it into that open space it bounced back at her with alot of force thereby increasing the speed but during this she found out something important.

“Are you kidding me ?.There’s an actual forcefield and it’s very powerful”She said with disbelief.

“It seems that the force I used to throw the ball was multiplied four times by the field but I wonder what type of force field it is ?,let me check the paper to seem the level of impact”.She looked around for the paper and found it was burnt almost all the way .

“This means it’s an electrical force field and it could deal serious damage.Thank goodness I didn’t run into it blindly or I would have been hurt badly”.

“And with that note the main entrance is out of my options right now,let me look around for something else.Oh is there a ventilation shaft like they have in normal cells, shit I can’t find anything”. She said a little disheartened

“But I think it’s a good thing, I don’t really know how the tech in this place works because if I tamper with my only source of oxygen I’ll be in big trouble.”She thought that and cheered up immediately.

Ok let’s look around for any form of surveillance equipment.

She checked her cell and looked around and couldn’t find anything that looked out of the ordinary but she didn’t see anything that looked like a surveillance camera but she knew they were there

‘There’s no way they locked me up without being able to monitor me,ok that plan was a bust let me think of something else.Wait my phone let me see if I could use it to find my location with the maps.’ With that thought she searched her bag thoroughly until she found her cellphone

‘Mwaah, thank goodness ok let me turn it on to see whether it still works’. She pressed the power button and prayed it still works

“Pls turn on,pls turn on”She said repeatedly until it turned on

“Oh hell yeah it works,wait it works but usually they take away and communication devices,is it that they didn’t know I had a phone or ?”.

With wide eyes she thought.”Or I wouldn’t be able to use it here”.She turned on her phone and found no service.

“Shit,there might be able signal jammer somewhere here cause that’s the only logical reason right now,it couldn’t be that communication is restricted in the entire facility with phones ,is it ?”

‘Ohh,my brain isn’t working I gotta find a way out ‘

Then all of a sudden out of nowhere she heard a voice in a strange language and couldn’t understand a word

‘Something is not right there’s no language like that on the planet and it doesn’t sound like any secret code I know .I’m having a bad feeling about this.’

Then the voice stopped talking and she rushed to put on her backpack.All of a sudden her hands started moving up

‘What the hell,I can’t control my arms.’ Then out of nowhere strange hand cuffs binder her hands and feet

‘Huh what’s going on’She thought as she was seriously confused right now

“Hey let go of me,fuck off”As she tried to move the cuffs they being heavier and tighter

Then she heard footsteps and looked up.What she saw made her totally confused.

She saw a creature with purple skin,ear holes,Scaly skin,a lizards tale and fangs

Then the thing started talking to her

“Sheki wan to kuh rah clusvgs orysjb”he said

“What the fuck ?, am I looking at a giant lizard right now 👀

And what the heck is it saying”It saw she was unresponsive and moved towards her

She couldn’t move because she was shocked and the cuffs were restricting her.

It moved and forcefully put a collar around her neck
