Chapter 5 Welcome To The Crew

Sunny had a light hint blush to her face, as she checked her phone, she texted Jenny where to come get her as they would be on there way soon as Sunny quickly stood up “welp my ride will be here, have a good one- “wait!” He stopped her and quickly turned to face her “Will I be seeing you again?” Sunny looks down back at him “I’m not sure… thanks for your help” as she walks away as he watches as she climbs up the hill to the top of the bridge and waits for her sister as an Orange cat appears, brushing up against her leg as she picks it up “oh my mom is not going to like you!…. Oh well! But let’s name you something simple, like… Edward, Ed for short.” As Jenny pulled up very quickly and we headed home me to all head to my room to check out the book. As we where getting into it. Sunny reads out loud some of the stuff they did, and created…. Sunny jolts up “here! Here is what happened… I think.. ahem! It says that Dominic signed a contract with the Boutella’s. They lost a family meber and wanted to bring them back, spend an massive amount of money…” Sunny shakes her head “that’s what this is all about? It doesn’t say much after that, it just says it never happened and the contract was ripped. Most likely grandpa stopped him, based what mom said-“ as dad opens the door as Sunny quickly shoves it into her backpack as we all stand around as dad looks at us funny. Sunny yawns and hips Jenny “well I’m tried guys! Get out of my room!” Her siblings took the hint and got out and took dad with them as Sunny sighs and relaxes her body and plops on her desk and turns around and places her hands with her head hanging low, she starts to think… tears start coming down her face as she slowly touches her face “why am I?….” As Ed brushes himself on her arm on her desk as she quickly whips her tears “guys this is all finally getting to me huh? Hehe ughhhhh” she plops on her chair and spins and pets Ed as she was to go to bed she was about to feed Ed as Ed opens his mouth and takes the whole bag and consume it…. “Ah- your not a normal cat are you?…” as she was panicking on the inside and then stops and slowly walks up to the cat “acutely this might come in handy… if you can understand me that is? You know what I am probably seeing things, it’s been a long day” she shuts off her light and heads to sleep

The next day

It was a boring day at school,second class period as Sunny was daydreaming and fantasizing about what could of happened between that Time Machine as she thinks to her self “I mean a Time Machine would ruin the world some how right? I mean there can’t be two of you? That would mess things up, im sure there would be consequences-“ as she gets out of her head space once the teacher spoke “welcome Jackson Allen!” Sunny jaw drops as he came to sit right by her. As Sunny whispers yells “what are you doing here?!” Jackson shrugs his shoulders and act like an school desk is acutely comfy “wanted a new beginning, besides I find you very interesting Sunny” Sunny growls and slams her head into her desk as she the day went by with him staring and waving keeping it impossible to focus, as of for at lunch he sat by her and Jenny. As Chase became very noisy. “So who is this guy?” He asked sitting down. Jack replied “Jackson, Sunny bestie!” Sunny shakes her head “no, neither one of you where invited at this table so just-“as a group of boys in Sunny class came over and got Jack up off her seat “hey bud, you got some explaining to do, apparently you waved at my girl?” Sunny slams her hands to her forehead “are you serious? How old are you-“ Jack boops his noise as the boy gets violent with him, Sunny watches him fight, he was quick, strong, didn’t get one hit on him. As all the other guys started to gang up on him Jenny stands in between them “enough!” She screams. It got everyone in the cafe attention as Sunny groans and start walking off as Jack follows and get beside as she walks out the door into the hallway, Jack relaxes his hand behind his head “did I embarrass you princess?” Sunny has a resting face and then turns into a thinking face and looks at him as he started to look around and blush and says “what is it?” And she stops walking so did he “if I needed you…. Would you be a reliable friend?” His blush becomes bigger “f-friend?.. uh- ah yeah! Yes!” Sunny nods as the bell rings “see yeah around Jack” she walks away as Jack stood there for a minute and shakes his head and walks to his next class.

After school, Gunner had sport practice and Jenny was apart of the newspaper club so I walked home by myself. I felt like something was watching me. As people disgned in mask surrounded me as i stood in place and acted claim and started counting them “1,2,3,4 now that a little unfair isn’t it?” One of them pull out a knife “can’t we just talk?” They call take out there swords “I’ll take that as a no” I get into fighting for as my face expression changes and my focus. “Ed- Edward?” As the cat comes running and opens its mouth like a vaccum and a whipping tongue as it consumes all the bad guys as I am just stranded there stunned… as I pick up Ed and look at him as he meows and looks back to normal “ok, wasn’t dreaming ummm…” looks at him again and smiles and laughs “imma like you, welcome to the crew Edward!” She carries him walking home. As she thinks to herself wondering “what is Jack super power? He fights well but what’s…what is his power power?”
