Did I over did my revenge??? (yes you did as Rox didn't get to eat breakfast as her ramen became soggy due to cooking for long) Maybe I did... No worries I'll cheer her up with some muffins from Hayles after class

After college...she decided to walk to Hayles and then to home as both are very near to the university

Mmm... the weathers nice and it's perfect for a walk ....I'll take the short then.

How clever of me... since the weather's nice there would be a lot of people on the main street...(soo what) I hate crowds so the short cuts better...

just as Mer turned to take the shortcut the truck parked near the side of the road that was filled with logs of wood started rolling down towards the pocket road Mer was going to take thus preventing her from taking it

What just happened ?? Mer thought to herself

Miss... Miss are you alright asked a man who was in his early thirties to Mer who was the truck owner...

Yes...I'm fine thank you for asking... but can you please remove them from the way as I have to take this route..

I'm sorry but it will take some time as these logs are heavy and will need some manpower... maybe you should find another route to get where you want to

It's alright... It's a perfect weather for an adventure... I'll just walk over these logs...

Mer climbed over the pile of logs like a pro and waved goodbye to the driver...who was dumbstruck by her actions

Why do I feel a strong intuition on taking the other route.. Nah it's not the time to play along with intuitions....I'll take this short cut

just as Mer was going to take the next step

the behive which was on a tree few feet ahead fell down... from it came agitated bees who are prepared to sting anyone or anything that's on it's way...

Mer gulped at the view

(Whatcha gonna do now Mer😏😏...still wanna take this route... Now you wouldn't want the bees to kiss your beautiful face and hands now do we... so why don't you take the other route and let the love of your life get a view of your faceee)

Mer looked around and saw few thick twigs and also so a lady burning dry leaves suddenly Mer got an idea....she tore the hem of her skirt wrapped it around a thick twig and place d it on the fire.... after litting the cloth she mustered some courage and ran towards the bees like a madwoman....

(she's crazy... Oh good heavens what on Earth did she ate to act this strange😧😧...btw that was a good skirt )

By the grace of heavens Mer came out from the colony of bees safely without getting stung...

(Normal people avoid dangers😐😐....I guess "normal people's " things aren't applicable to you Mer)
