After telling Lazaro everything, he promised to help me find a solution. To be honest, I hadn't realized how much time had passed, but suddenly I thought I heard a scream from the garden, but then we heard another scream coming from the garden:
—"ANNY!... LÁZARO!... HELP!"—

Hector was on top of him, holding him down to prevent him from leaving or hurting himself. It was the first time he had heard that woman's name, but Hector's screams calling my name snapped me out of my daze.
Hector: "Please Anny! Anny help me, only you can!"—(Shouting) He continued to hold him with all his might, but I didn't know what to do. His nose was starting to bleed, so I approached him while he writhed like a worm on hot ground.
Anny: "Don't let go yet." (Looking at Hector, I focused all my attention on him. It pained me to see him like this.)
—"Alex, listen to me! Just listen to my voice. You are stronger than this, just relax, think of something nice"—(He kept moving but began to calm down)
—"Alex, it's me, look at me." (I motioned for Hector to let him go)."Look at me when he does." He pounced on me, making me fall back onto the grass. He clung to me, searching for my scent. I could only hug him while Hector collapsed, sitting down wearily as he wiped the blood from his mouth. Alex whispered in my ear.
Alex: "Don't ever leave me." —His voice barely a whisper.
He held onto me, and I don't know how much time passed, but my heart was racing. From the moment I heard those words, they kept repeating in my mind until everything went back to normal. He pulled away from me to look at Hector.
Alex: "I'm so sorry, brother, really." —Worried
Hector: "It's okay, bro, I know it's not your fault, it's all right."—
Lazaro: "How long did it take?"—Intrigued
Hector: "About an hour and forty-six minutes"—looking at his watch.
Lazaro: "That's all it takes, but he's getting more aggressive than before. You can get up now."
We all got up, and he helped me up by giving me his hand. But when I touched his hand, the vision of him and me in bed returned, only to change to him covered in blood, as were my hands. That made me stand up and quickly let go of his hand to sit down. While Nana brought us juice and looked at us without knowing what had happened, I immediately looked at Hector and kindly asked Nana for a first aid kit. She smiled and brought me a small bag. I took it and walked over to Hector.
Anny: "Let me clean that up for you so it doesn't swell."—(He just looked at me and nodded. I started to treat his wound, ending up so close to him)
Hector: "Thank you…for helping him, he needs you… I can't stand to see him like this, especially not because of that awful woman." —(He spoke softly while I just concentrated on his wound.)
Anny: "I know you two are very close, but don't thank me. I just want this to be over quickly, to get out of your lives," I said as I applied a gel to the bruise on his cheek.
Hector: "Why do I feel like he wants to kill me right now? I don't know why he's looking at me like a chicken eyeing a worm." (He spoke in a soft tone that made me laugh, but when I looked at him, it was true.)
Hector: "Ouch!... that burns. Do something."
Anny: "Don't be a baby." (I laughed) I was just about to blow on his cheek when I heard a loud bang as his hand hit the table. He looked at us seriously, but I didn't understand his attitude.
Alex: After finalizing some plans and watching her leave with Lazaro, I have to admit I was curious about what they were talking about. I organized some things for tomorrow with Hector, and I also gave some orders to my men. I felt good, then I started to feel the pins and needles, but I thought I could handle it. But I felt this urge to find that woman, my body craved her, I was in pain, and I started a fight with Hector. The rest is a blur, because it's like it wasn't even me, but everything changed when I heard her soft voice and could smell that addictive scent. But I wanted more, when I saw her, I just wanted to smell her, that's why I clung to her, it was like instant relief, I wanted to stay like that with her, in her arms. Only those words came out of my lips.
—"Don't ever leave me."—
It wasn't until I was able to pull myself away from her that my heart was racing, but when I saw Hector I worried about him. After Lazaro asked his question and we got up, I gave her my hand to help her up, but I felt something strange in hers, why did she pull away from me to give her full attention to Hector, which awakened a strange feeling in me? She was only taking care of my friend, but why did I feel this rage? I wondered why she had to be so damn close and what they were talking about. I just wanted to be the one who was that close to her. All I could see were her lips so close, blowing on Hector's cheek that I felt this rage, that I hit the table to stop her from getting any closer. What's happening to me? I can't be jealous. I can't.
Lazaro brought me out of my mental debate.
—"As you know, they can only be apart for an hour and a half, the rest of the time Anny has to be close by so that what just happened doesn't happen before the time is up. That's why I would confirm the rumors."—He said seriously.
Hector: "Tomorrow, when you're at Erick's house, be very careful what you say. We know Erick, and if he wants to see Alex fall, he'll be watching you. Act as natural as possible, make it believable that you're a couple. Erick is very observant, plus it's his territory, there must be microphones and cameras in his room. You'll have a device that will block the audio in your room, it's the only place you can talk freely. But you'll have to keep up the act for the hidden cameras, because Erick wants evidence. It will be two to three days, Anny, try to win over his wife, that will give us an advantage, because his wife is his weakness. Understood?..."
