...Eros...

..."Good morning, Eros. I hope you are on your way to school. If you need anything when you get here, don't hesitate to ask."...

...The message was from Miguel, one of my new friends. The kindness of his words warms my heart, and as I ponder how to respond, Leonardo continues talking to me, making the ride more enjoyable....

...I decide not to ignore Miguel's kindness and reply:...

..."Thanks, friend. If I need anything, I'll definitely reach out to you."...

...I put my phone away, and almost an hour later, we arrive at the boarding school....

...As we get out of the car, Leonardo seems a little uncomfortable being among the few scholarship students, amidst the opulence of the place. It's partly his own fault. Besides me, he was the one who most wanted to come here, and my father agreed, trusting in my ability to achieve my goals. So here we are....

...We say goodbye to my parents, grab our suitcases and backpacks, and head towards the area where we would receive information about our rooms and class schedules....

...Unlike me, Leonardo is impressed with the structure of the place. I am too, but I try to maintain my composure, after all, I am more used to sophisticated environments. Leonardo, on the other hand, has lived a more secluded life and is unfamiliar with such places. Not that the place isn't breathtaking, but I try not to let myself get carried away by surprise....

...I take a deep breath, Leonardo wishes me luck, and we head to our respective rooms. Mine is number 10....

...I reach the corridor and notice that the room is more secluded, probably bigger. The dark wooden door separates me from the unknown. I take another deep breath, repeating to myself that everything will be fine. With determination, I put my hand on the doorknob and open the door....

...As I enter the room, I am surprised by their presence: the two guys from yesterday. My eyes first land on Miguel Falconer, with his hair black as night and green eyes that sparkle like emeralds. Then, on Raul Ferrari, with his honey-colored hair and captivating smile....

...—"Small world, huh?" I comment, still surprised....

...They smile in response, and I step into the room, closing the door behind me. I observe the three beds and notice one empty in the corner, next to the window....
