CHAPTER 2:SAME ROOM

Gu Ranran and Mo Sijue stood in front of a very huge and luxurious mansion. It was located in a very peaceful and friendly neighborhood which was surrounded by trees and flowers.

How she has missed this place. Looking around, memories of her childhood came back as sje couldn't help but steal a quick glance at the perfect figure that stood beside her.

Time really flies. She thought to herself. She wondered if he even remembered just a tiny portion of the memories they had shared together . What if he got involved in an accident and lost his memories, just like in novels. Though she found the thought silly,the last thing she was expecting was her silly thoughts to be accurate and true.

Taking a deep breath, she turned to the wonderfully created creature beside her"Are we not going inside?" She asked with an innocent tone. Just as she finished saying those words, she regretted it.

' Ranran, how could you be so stupid?' she scolded herself and looked away embarrassingly.

"The Butler will be picking the luggage so we should wait..." he said

What? The Butler?

Suddenly a wide smile lit up her face and she turned to face him."You mean Uncle Su?" she asked without tearing her gaze away from his face.How could she forget him? He was like a great uncle to them. Having being in the Mo family for a long time, Uncle Su raised them together.

Still waiting for his answer...

Was he avoiding her? But she aked him a question.

Knowing the annoying character of her current fiancee , she gave up. It was of no use anyway.

With a disappointed look , she scoffed at him to show him her dissatisfaction.

Just then, the pair of large luxurious door that lead to the inside of the mansion was opened and the butler came out, followed by a middle -aged woman who seemed to be in her early forties. She looked super elegant and classy.

Wait, she recognized her. Aunt Mo.

"Aunt Mo..."without thinking of anything else, she ran towards her and wrapped her arms around her. At that moment, joyful laughter filled every corner of the mansion.

Aunt Mo stroked her hair gently .

"Ranran...we have all missed you dearly" she said sincerely as she pulled her out of her embrace and placed a gentle kiss on her forehead.

"Me too ...I really have a lot of things to tell you and ...and Sijue...he has changed"Ranran said

Mo Sijue who stood there the whole time felt like he was going to throw up if he stayed there anytime more. "Disgusting..."he said under his voice and rolled his eyes.

Back to the sweet mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, they seemed to enjoy each other's company. Aunt Mo hadn't changed a bit. It was going to be a clear and fatal disaster if she turned ice cold like Sijue.

"Come on let's go inside. Uncle Mo is waiting"Aunt Mo reminded."And you too Sijue"she added.

....Inside the Mo's mansion

Uncle Mo and Aunt Mo sat on the other side of a large sofa whiles Sijue and Ranran sat on another. The interior decoration of the mansion had indeed changed,just like Sijue but the mansion's change was far better and greater than Sijue who had turned into an icelord.

"Ranran... you must be tired" Uncle Mo said. He seemed to be in his forties just like Aunt Mo. He looked quite intimidating."Sijue...you should treat her well" he added when he sensed the stubbornness of his son.

"Mmm.."was all he said

"Ranran you should go upstairs to have a rest.We will talk about others later...oh and I'll havd the butler call you when the food is ready ."Aunt Mo said with her usual smile.

"Thank you Auntie...Thank you Uncle..." she bowed modestly with a wide smile and turned to look at Sijue who seemed to be immensed in his phone.

As Ranran climbed the stairs with Sijue , she heard Aunt Mo say something that shocked them both on the stairs and made both look at each other. "You are using the same room" her voice echoed in their ears.
