Chapter 4- Learning

An-li POV:

I'm here to deliver the coffee's to the president and I am outside by the meeting room, hearing the president greeting his guest or guests.

She was standing there talking to herself

"come on An-li you can do this just bring the coffee's in and out you go, easier said than done she telling herself that"

With a deep and deep breath shaking off her nerve-wracking she knocked on the door waiting for a answer she heard.

"Come in"

opening the door An-li saw everyone sitting ready to the start meeting she went in with a tray full of coffee, everyone was looking at An li but she wasn't looking up at them being the way she always is she's too nervous, shy and doesn't have the courage to.

So she does what she always do look down or anywhere else not making eye contact with anyone. Making sure she doesn't trip or bump into something and spill all of the coffee on herself or the guests that are in this meeting room.

In a low and soft voice An-li ask the president,

"Is there anything else mr. president sir, with a beating heart she wants him to answer quickly so she can leave"

Because she feels like someone staring at her and it's making her feel a bit uncomfortable.

"No" you can go and resume to your work for now.

With that she quickly bow to the president and the guests and left. Out of the door An-li can finally catch her breath, not knowing there was gonna be so much guests in the meeting room she would've have someone else deliver the coffee's for her.

Now back at her office An-li got busy with her work schedules along with the president schedule. For the president schedule An li doesn't want to work on it yet so she'll have to wait on it until his meeting with his guests is over with. In the mean time she'll have to plan her schedule first.

Her schedule is going to get crazy and busy, coming in the morning she gonna make president chen wu coffee, with his work schedule to review what he needs to get done with.

Along with documents that needs his signature or documents for him to get his approval.

To top it off An-li need to set his meetings for him but for that she need to ask him, also when he want's his meeting with the time that works for him. So with that thought in her mind she'll wait, she's trying her best to understand her work being her first day here it takes so much energy.

Feeling tired while running around making coffee for president Chen wu and for his guests also organizing president chen wu documents. So she decided to stand up and stretch her limbs out.

After finishing my schedule I set president chen wu schedules on the side. I'll ask him about it later when he is out of the meeting room, checking the time on my phone it's almost 11am so the meeting last an hour.

I don't know what to do now so I decided to clean up my desk to keep myself busy though there's not much to clean. An-li got up from her desk to get out of her office, stepping out she was taking slow steps.

An-li heard a click sound she look up and saw that it was from the meeting room door that open thinking to herself,

"When did I get here".

Probably didn't know that she was taking quick steps instead of slow steps. Feeling her heart beating fast she turn around to go back to her office, she didn't want to get caught.

Before she can make it to her office she heard her name being called out, "An-li.!"

Quickly turning around she seeing it was the president personal assistant Wu xun, sighing in relieve she answered.

"Y-yes sir do you need something".

Mr. president wants you to go to see him he needs your help, "um...o-ok sir" I'll go right now. "And remember when I told you to call Wu Xun" y-yes I remember s-si I mean Wu Xun with a small smile.

“Now get going you wouldn't want to anger the president would you”.

"N-no I wouldn't want too". Bowing to Wu Xun and left.

( Am I in trouble did he not like the coffee, or is it the documents I organized earlier. Did I make a mistake on something. )
