Chapter 3 - President thoughts of An-li

Sitting behind his desk doing paperwork Chen wu heard his office phone ringing dropping his pen he picked up the phone " hello what is it I am busy speak quick " the receptionist i am sorry sir but ms. An li is here". Chen wu hung up the phone then buzzed for his PA ( personal assistant ) "hello Mr. President what do you need" go down and bring An li up," Wu xun yes sir".

An li is sitting waiting for the president PA because that's what the receptionist said, so here she is waiting wondering in her mind, she still can't believe it that she got this job and is here and being nervous doesn't help.

Xun wu came up to An li, " hello and good morning Ms. An li " good morning sir, "please call me Wu Xun but for now follow me to the president office he's waiting for you"

An li " oh ok ".

Upon arriving An li heart is beating fast and feel like it's going to burst out any second she don't know what to do, she feel like hiding because she remember her interview that day the way the president look at her its not something she will forget.

Chen wu is looking out the window like he always does into the view or more like into his thoughts waiting for his PA ( personal assistant) wu xun to bring An li up, in 15 minutes he heard a knock on the door knowing that it's his PA and An li he told them to come in.

Still standing he turned around to look at both of them "Wu xun you may leave now " bowing to the president wu xun turn around to leave before saying something to An li "good luck" she look at wu xun bowing to him and thank him for bring her up.

Chen wu is looking at An li " follow me " nodding her head she followed behind him but not too close, " this is your office when I need you pick up your phone that is on the desk"

" yes sir "

you can put your things here for now follow me back to my office so you can start your day.

Heading back to his office Chen wu went behind his desk to sit, then look at her and told her to sit down An li nod her head sitting across from him but not looking at him.

Look at me.... An li heard him say so she quickly look at him so he won't be angry, I want you to organize some documents for me i have a meeting at 10am and I need these documents soon...

"y-yes sir"

she tried not to stutter but Chen wu heard her "one more thing... I want you to go make 10 cup of coffee's for me at 9:30".

In An li's mind saying to herself she doesn't know where or what if she get lost and wonder off taking a deep breath she ask Chen wu, "Mr. President sir I don't know where the coffee maker is at" he buzz for a employee to have her come up to show An li where to make coffee for the meeting.

Once An li got back from her way of knowing where to make coffee at, Chen wu show An li how to organize the documents that he mentioned earlier. Making sure that each documents goes in order and not to mess it up.

Now heading back to her office An li started to organize the documents.

Looking at the documents An li knew that it is about herbs for healing wounds and for sick people, you can also make it into medicine, she feel like she know about it somewhere before, An li just don't know where though.

Now trying to focus on his work again, but is distracted by something on his desk Chen wu grabbed the picture and look at it.

Decided to go back to what he was doing he place the picture back to continue his work so he can do the meeting soon, there was a light knock on his door so instead not looking up he told that person to come in.

"Sir"....! ummm! i-i brought your documents that you had me organize for you.

You may leave it on the desk and you can leave "y-y sir" turning to leave she quickly made her way to the door but before opening it she heard him.

"Do you remember when I told you to make those coffees"

"yes sir I remember"

"good now go do what you have to do"

So she did what she was told to do An li turned around and out she went to make those coffees.

Chen wu Pov:

When she left my office and dropped off the documents I can't help but think she look so young and yet here she is working in my company, what is she doing in a place like this I need to know more about her.

Before my meeting start I had my PA look up on Lee An li for me. I greeted everyone, president's along with their personal assistant, to vice president's, and to Manger, and lastly my childhood friend Lei Chun He he's now a president.

"Long time no see Chen wu".

"Could say the same thing to you Chun he how are you".

"I am fine so let's start with the meeting" Chun he say.

"Yeah"...

Every one take a seat let's start with this meeting now. With everyone taking their seats chen wu was about to start when there was a knock.

"come in"

The person that came in was An li with the coffee's that chen wu requested. She quickly went in to give the guests their coffee, then Chen Wu.

Chen wu POV:

Looking at her bringing in the coffee's, I can tell that she was nervous just by taking a glance at her. She didn't know that I'll be having a lot of guests in this meeting.

And she like look she wants to run away now probably, because this room is full of guys only. Either she haven't been around guys a lot or she never had a boyfriend.
