Chapter 6 – Love

Changing their outfit into royal outing clothes, both of them headed

outside to the grand royal gate where a horse carriage was waiting for them.

Two guards were standing in front of the

carriage door. Myeong Jo stopped before getting on. She was clueless about how

to bow or do anything.

"They'll bow at you and lend you a hand. So

turn your head from side to side and get on, holding his hand slightly."

Jimin whispered into her ear before getting on.

Myeong Jo did as told and got inside the

carriage. Now Jimin and she were sitting side by side.

Jimin was holding the rope that controlled the

horses. He pulled the rope a bit and the horses began walking and neighing.

Thus began the couple's journey.

Miles after miles, only chats and laughs of The King and The Queen were

heard inside the royal kingdom. They observed all the green trees and nature

among their talks. Jimin showed her around the kingdom, pointing here and there

about the structure and its history. Myeong Jo too often would point at some areas

and ask him about it. Both of them had a long beautiful memory of their own.

On their way to return back to the castle,

Myeong Jo looked at the orange sun that was setting down. She was staring at it

with silence.

"We'll go see the sunset another time."

Jimin seemed to read her mind.

She looked at him, a little bit surprise,

"It's fine. I just was looking at it."

Jimin patted her head and smiled.

The night passed with both of them just talking

with each other, sweetly. Myeong Jo seemed to forget about the whole parallel

incident the whole day just by talking with him.

-----------------

"No, no! That's not how you must do it!" Jimin showed her the

little spoon while eating breakfast.

"Use this spoon for light snacks. And the middle

one is for when you have lunch or dinner."

Myeong Jo nodded. Boy, he was a good teacher.

As the couple finished their breakfast, they

were hanging out together in the hallway just talking and admiring the pictures

that were hung on the walls. Suddenly someone screamed Myeong Jo's name from

their back,

"Minnie Noona!"

Both of them looked behind. Before she could

realize anything, someone hugged her so tightly that she was out of breath as

well as surprised.

Jimin was just observing his naughty brother's

actions.

"Noona, I really really missed you! How are

you? I heard you have amnesia! Are you okay? You don't remember me, don't you?

I'm so hurt!" the 21 years old boy whined, holding his sister-in-law

tightly.

"Yah! Let her go. She doesn't even remember

me why will she remember you?" Jimin scoffed at his younger brother.

It hurt Myeong Jo a little.

He let her go and held her shoulders, looking at

every part of her face.

"Noona, I'm Jungkook! Jeon Jungkook! Your

little brat!" he tried his best to make her remember.

Myeong Jo recalled Jungkook, mentioned in the

diary as little brat. Maybe that was a nickname the real wife gave him.

She smiled nervously, "I-I'm sorry,

Jungkook-ah. I don't remember you. But I know that you are my little crazy brat."

She ruffled his hair as it was written in the

diary. Jungkook liked her same old way of caressing him.

"Hyung, Noona still loves me, see?" He

stuck his tongue out at Jimin who just replied with a scoff.

"Nonsense, my Jagi loves me still like she

used to. I know it." he pulled her closer to him by her waist. Myeong Jo

just laughed it away, feeling awkward.

Jungkook bit his teeth, "Geez these

lovebirds..."

"Anyways, I'm back, Hyung." he

welcomed Jimin with a warm hug.

"Where did you come from, Jungkook?"

She asked.

Jimin decided to answer, "Aish this kid

always likes to have his adventure time every month."

"His "Adventure is out there"

will never end." Jimin literally slapped Jungkook's back neck.

"Ouch, Hyung! That hurts!" Jungkook

whined.

These 2 brothers made Myeong Jo feel happy

somehow.

"Noona, tell your husband that I, Prince

Jeon Jungkook, is getting married in two months. Did he make any preparations

for it?" Jungkook asked Myeong Jo as the three of them began walking.

Jimin was stuffing his hands inside his pockets,

"I did everything!" almost gave his little dongsaeng a death glare.

"Ah, Hyung and Noona, can you two imagine

me and Ji Eun together? We look so good..." Jungkook began daydreaming.

Myeong Jo looked at him, "So the girl's name

is Ji Eun?"

"The Youngest Princess Lee Ji Eun of The

Kingdom of Seoul." he announced.

"Is she pretty?" She teased him.

"Noona, she's like a goddess! Sometimes I

feel like no one can compare to her beauty. I'm in love with her!"

Jungkook replied excited. Myeong Jo just laughed with him.

"Do not judge a person just by her beauty.

You must know her character, her qualities, her skills, her behaviour,

her--" Jimin sort of began his lecture.

Jungkook whispered into Myeong Jo's ear,

"Don't listen to his 2 min wise lecture. He's crazy!"

Jimin hit the back of his head which made

Jungkook jump in place.

"Ah, Hyung! That hurts!"

Jimin looked at his brother, "Yah! Go now.

You didn't even change your clothes. Go to your room now!"

Jungkook pouted like a kid, "Why? So you

can spend time with my sweet sister-in-law?" he ended with a smirk.

Myeong Jo's cheeks flushed red upon hearing

that.

"N-No...Just go! Ppalli! You are

stinking!" Jimin pushed Jungkook slightly forward.

"Fine! I'm going!" he yelled back. Then

he ran to his room, out of their sight in a minute.

"Oh my God!"

Myeong Jo shrieked as soon as she saw a grand

portrait on the wall. She ran over to that poster and admired its beauty. Jimin

smiled at her action and stood beside her.

It was a picture of them at their wedding.

Myeong Jo stared at the bride who looked exactly like her. As if Myeong Jo

herself was standing there. She was amused to see the bride so beautiful. And

Jimin beside looked like a handsome groom. He had a proud expression and a

little smile.

The words written under the frame was,

"King Park Jimin & Queen Min Myeong Jo at their grand wedding

function."

She was so amazed to see both of them standing.

She knew that the girl in the picture wasn't her. Yet she felt so emotional.

"This is my favorite picture of my whole

life." Jimin spoke softly beside her.

Myeong Jo looked at him, smiling.

"That one day, that very specific one day,

I will never regret my whole life. Marrying you was my best desicion." he

interlocked their hands together.

Again she felt her heart beating fast.

Butterflies were flying around inside her stomach. His words were so touching

for her as she never felt love. She was indeed lucky to have him.

"At our wedding day, when no one was

looking at us, I dragged you behind the ceremony, inside a little garden with a

lake beside. You were blushing like a rose." Jimin himself blushed while

saying.

Myeong Jo got more interested in their story so

she leaned closer.

"In front of the lake, we did this..." saying he held both of

her hands in front of him and interlocked with his.

"And we stood closer..." Jimin stepped

closer to her, now the gaps between them closer than before, their noses almost

touching.

Myeong Jo at the same time, her heart thumping

like crazy and her lips turning into a smile slowly. But she didn't want him to

stop.

"Then..." he stared deeply into her

eyes.

Her eyes were wanting to move away but she

couldn't resist his handsome face.

It took her some time to realize he was actually

slowly leaning his face towards her.

Knowing what he was about to do, her heart began

fluttering and the blushes won't stop glowing.

She closed her eyes, getting ready for a

beautiful moment.

Suddenly she felt his nose over her, tickling

slightly.

She opened her eyes to see Jimin and her

forheads touching and their noses playing with each other.

Her heart gasped at this scene. It became more

beautiful than she thought. Jimin kept brushing his nose with hers, smiling

slightly as he was feeling one of the most happiness in the world. He was

loving his wife.

That's when he realized tears were flowing down

from his wife's eyes. He opened his eyes and noticed Myeong Jo crying, closing

her eyes.

He released their hands and cupped her cheeks

inside his palms. He raised her chin so that she looked at him. But she was

still closing her eyes, sobbing softly at his amazing actions.

Jimin slowly kissed both her wet eyes, causing

her to shiver a little and shot open her eyes to see him. A beautiful,

passionate, uncontrollable feeling rushed into her mind then to her heart.

Love.

The tears won't stop flowing and her little cries won't stop either.

Jimin slowly let his wife to rest her head over his chest and holding her

painfully good. She didn't hesitate a bit, holding him back was the only thing

she wanted.

"And I Knew You Were The One For Me."

Jimin whispered, his breathing and voice could make anyone fall in love.

Myeong Jo didn't reply to him. Actually she did.

In her heart. She answered him back in her mind,

"I love you so much, Jimin. I love you like

no end."

Sniffing her red nose, she stopped sobbing and

wiped her tears, stepping away from him. Now she was feeling embarrassed.

Jimin leaned closer to her face with a slight

smirk, "Jagi is shy-shy?"

Myeong Jo slapped his arms slightly, now smiling

at him innocently as ever.

He chuckled at her reaction.

---------------

The next day, Jimin was teaching Myeong Jo archery. It was a basic

training. Unlike she was just too good at archery. Not that she hit bull's

eyes, but she would always hit 6 or 5.

"Wow, nicely done, Myeong Jo!" Jimin

clapped his hands to praise her. 45 minutes ago, they just began learning and

Myeong Jo was already showing skills.

She tied her hair up into a ponytail and asked,

"How much scores do you do?"

He hummed in thought, "I always hit

9."

Her jaw dropped, "9? Daebak!"

He chuckled, "Your highest score used to be

8."

Myeong Jo looked at the archery board then back

to him.

"Show me you can hit at 9."

He scoffed at her, "Why? You don't believe

me?"

Myeong Jo thought for a second, "No.

There's no harm in showing right?"

"Well, Miss, you are about to see the best

archery man in the kingdom who will be hitting 9 three times straight." he

announced proudly, took a bow and arrow. He stood in front if the board and

aimed at it.

She waited for his shot. Jimin breathed heavily

and finally shot the arrow. Then another and then the final one.

Surprisingly, all 3 of them hit the 9 area,

closer to 10.

(As you can see, the center is called 10. And

the nearest area which means the yellow point indicates 9)

Myeong Jo was so surprised to see his shots that she kept staring at the

board, not uttering a word. Jimin noticed her surprise and felt that he won.

"Daebak! You're really awesome!" She

said looking at him.

He lifted his chin and waved his arms around as

if people were cheering for him.

"I'll hit the bull's eye." Myeong Jo

offered.

No sooner she said it, Jimin bursted into

laughter. She furrowed her eyebrows and pouted for him, laughing at her.

"You think I can't do it?"

Jimin said in between his laugh, "It's not

like I think. You Can't!"

Myeong Jo scoffed in disbelief.

"We'll see. I'll do it right away."

Saying she pulled an arrow and began putting it

in the bow.

"Myeong Jo-ah, you can't do it. The highest

you did in the past was 8. There's no way you can hit the bull's eye."

Jimin finally stopped laughing.

She didn't answer him.

"Are you seriously gonna do it? Cuz let me

tell you, You Can Not." he kept chattering.

Myeong Jo took a moment to look at her side to

see him, "What if I can?"

Jimin scoffed in disbelief that his amnesiac

silly wife was challenging him.

He laughed a little, "Say if you can do it,

I'll grant one of your wishes. But if you don't--"

He smirked and licked his lower lip, "You

are gonna have to do something I tell you and trust me, that won't be

easy."

She smirked back at her husband, fully

understanding his evil intentions.

"We'll see, Mister."

Like that, she aimed the arrow at the center.

The center of the round board, the hardest part to hit. She knew she wouldn't

make it yet she wanted to try. She took deep breaths, her hands moving

nervously. Her eyes were focused on the yellow circle.

And she released her hand.

-

-

-

-

The arrow hit the 10, right at the center!

Her eyes widened in joy and surprise both and

she jumped in place. She had the brightest smile like a kid.

"I did it, I did it! Jimin, did you see it?

I hit the bull's eye!"

She looked back at him.

Jimin's jaw was dropped, his stare completely at

the board. His eyes were as big as ever. And the bow from his hand dropped on

the floor. He was totally shocked.

Myeong Jo laughed at his reaction and ran to

him, dropping hers too. She stood right in front of him and said, "Jimin-ah,

I did it!"

Jimin was still surprised, his gaze not moving

at all. She pouted and held his jaw to look at her by turning.

"See? I did it." she giggled.

Jimin's shocked lips slowly turned into a happy

one and he covered his mouth with both his hands, surprised as ever. His eyes

had the pride for his wife and also love for her. He was glad and proud of her.

"Daebak, Myeong Jo! You are amazing!"

he finally spoke as he shook her lightly by her shoulders.

"Y-You...how could you...you just hit...I'm

so proud of you..." he stuttered while praising her. She was just smiling

at him, also feeling happy inside.

Suddenly Jimin lifted her up by wrapping his

arms around her back, her feet not touching the floor anymore. Myeong Jo as

shocked as surprised by his sudden romantic actions, widened her eyes and

gasped. She was looking down at him now, and he looking up at her, slightly

smirking.

"Yah, Yah! Jimin! Put me down! People will

see!" She squealed in joy and also embarrassment.

"Sush...no one is here, darling." he

replied seductively.

Myeong Jo blushed and laughed as she was feeling

way too embarrassed and also at the same time happy.

"Put me down, Jimin! We are dead if even

one of the guards see us!" she hit his shoulders playfully.

He hummed in thought, "Hmmm...Then I'll

order others to behead him. Then it'll be no problem."

She hit his shoulder hard this time,

"Crazy! You want to kill a man that saw us having romance?"

"Of course! Only you and me should exist in

this whole world while having our own time." he began swinging her in the

air playfully.

Myeong Jo couldn't stop her cute giggles as they

filled the whole hall. She held onto his shoulders tightly so that she won't

fall. Jimin was admiring her beautiful face while she laughs and closes her

eyes. He thought that this person right here was the only thing that mattered

to him. He will never ever let her go. He will always be there to make her

smile and he is the only one who will love her like a mad person.

A King and A Queen were having their beautiful time together, loving and cherishing each second they crossed together.
