Chapter 1 Where it all began

Hey everyone I will be your narrator for this epic tale of mystery, romance, comedy and everything in between so let's start up the story from where it all began.

I once thought the world was completely meaningless always facing problems with no end in sight. Then it suddenly ended, while that was the day I died, the endless darkness was like a welcoming procession I loved it so much. Until a ray of light hit me when I found out I was still alive I felt pain, I thought it was all over. I tried ending my life again but to no avail it seems I can't leave this world even though I wanted to. I kept wandering the earth trying to find a way to end it. Until I came across this strange totem, written on the body of the totem was a warning I grant wishes but at a cost. I felt joy I thought I could finally be free, only for my expectations to be dashed when I was told by the totem for me to really die I must live a full life. I have only known about pain, how should I live a full life?? I went around looking about what it means to live a full life but nothing I do seems to be what a full life is meant to be. So I decided to put myself to slumber it might not be what I wanted, but I had no other choice. I thought I could sleep forever, but the world was always cruel to me, I was woken up by a group of explorers. I was so livid I went on a rampage slaughtering all the explorers until there were none of them left. Furthermore, I ventured into the very world I hated trying to find a way to live my life. Until I came across this kid in an alley she was all alone, she looked like she hadn't eaten for days, she looked beaten up. And for the first time since I came to this accursed world I finally felt my heart beat. I approached the little girl, but she ran away saying no. I was shocked because I know I don't look that bad even though I don't look at my physical appearance. When I finally caught up with the girl she was tired out, I asked why she was running. With a tear filled face she told me she was cursed. I was shocked when I heard what she said. I asked her who told her she was cursed, the next statement shocked, when she told me it was her mom. I wonder what a little girl like her did to be labelled as cursed by her own mother. I once felt so much pain I didn't want a little girl to go through what I went through. So I decided to start living my life for this little girl, after all I had nothing else to live for. This is where my story all started.
