Three days later I decided to have a walk in the garden of the mansion.

I was walking for a while now, observing the sight of the scenery. Grand houses decorated with gold details, small ponds all over the place with small pavilions resting beside them and hundreds of light colored flowers everywhere gracefully blooming, making their leaves touch the ground gently. Who would imagine that the general, owning such a breathtaking place, has put his official wife and legitimate child live in a warehouse.

Suddenly, a pebble flew towards me at a speed that I could easily dodge, but I didn't, so it hit me in the head. I calmly looked over at the direction where the pebble came from and saw a thirty; years old woman laying on her seat in a yard with her two maids beside her taking care of her like she was the Empress, serving her fruit on a silver plate and massaging her shoulders.

I continued my walk without being affected but that only made the proud smirk on her lips disappear as a frown was formed on her face.

She expected Lin AnXie to srart crying so the show can start, filling her eyes and heart with pleasure. But I am AnXie, a top notch military soldier, one of the five selected secret agents for the special forces and the one known as the 'hawk'. I have been taught by the A' most strict experts, getting hit by bullets even, how could I react on a tiny stupid rock that someone threw at me with such limited strength?

She didn't stand up to come near me, she only glared at me. If eyes could kill and if it was the actual legitimate daughter of the Lin household standing right here, she would have already been murdered.

I left the scene unbothered. I was well sure that I completely left her sight but I continued till I reached my yard. As soon as I closed the wooden door I fell on my knees, hugging my belly with by hands...

I bursted out laughing! Oh, that delicate face of hers was turning more and more piglike each second! It looked like her mouth was about to start foaming like a raging dog! Bahahah... Ah... Alas, it is really satisfying to make an enemy frustrated.

She is the well known Han Shu, General Lin's second concubine, quite favored by her husband. Indeed, one could see by her appearance only how well she is treated in the mansion. Her long, silky blonde hair matched nicely with her smooth skin that had a light fragrance of rose petals. She was wearing an embroidered dress made out of fine fubric, the same colour as her bright green eyes. Also, expensive golden accessories were decorating her neck and hands.

Who could imagine that this woman,not only is at her early thirties, but also had given birth to a child. Lin ShuShu, the second, illegitimate daughter of General Lin and Lin AnXie's little sister, only thirteen years old, is treated like a princess by her father and respected by the family and the public. She is even considered to be a genius of the cultivation world by some as she and her cloud bunny are already on the third level.

The cultivation system in this world is quite simple. The cultivators are both humans and spirits. Spirits are called the animals that possess spiritual energy and so own the same ability with the human kind, that is to develop unique powers through physical and mental practice.

The limit of the power one possess are divided by eleven levels. It is getting more and more difficult to get to a higher level by each step, so most people are only able to stay to the first, second and third level all their lives. Those are usually the commoners that do not have access to books, medicine and weapons that exist to support cultivators and also are able to tame only low level spirits or not any at all. As for the higher ranks, those mostly have tha ability to reach the fourth, fifth and sixth level in their lifetime with the use of helpful supplies. The seventh, eighth and rarely ninth level are reached only by some of the royal family before, and for those ones it usually happens at the end of their lifes.

As for level ten and eleven... the first one is one in a hundred years while the second one is one in a thousand. The special ones that are on those levels were respected and entitled as 'Divine masters' all throughout history of Qi.

That is why Lin ShuShu is called a genius and adored so much even though her mother has a status of a concubine, because she and her cloud bunny are on level three of their cultivation at such a young age, an impressive accomplishment considering she is only thirteen years old.

As for her mother and her stone turtle...
