Judgment Day Nowaday
INT. CITY STREET - MORNING
Peter, an ordinary worker, drives to the office like any
other day. But today is different. Chaos reigns in the city. Radios blare
disaster reports, and people are in distress.
EXT. CITY STREET - CONTINUOUS
Suddenly, an ethereal light envelops Peter, protecting him.
Within moments, he finds himself in an otherworldly place.
INT. HEAVEN - CONTINUOUS
Peter gazes in awe at the heavenly surroundings. He spots
Jesus and approaches him.
PETER:
Father, I must find my wife and daughter. Do you know where
they are?
JESUS:
I'm sorry, Peter. Your wife, Mina, and daughter, Daisy, are
Buddhists. They cannot be here with us.
Peter, puzzled and saddened:
PETER:
What? They attend church with me every Sunday. How could
they be Buddhists? Something must be amiss.
JESUS:
I wish it were different, my son. They have more faith in
Buddha and visit the pagoda when they return to Mina's hometown. I regret that
we've lost them.
Peter, deeply troubled:
PETER:
Buddhists cannot be here? I thought Judgment Day applied
worldwide. Where are they now? Are they safe?
JESUS:
They remain on Earth, facing challenges that I cannot reveal
here.
Jesus prepares to address the crowd when Buddha and Allah
appear.
JESUS:
Ah, Buddha, long time no see.
BUDDHA:
Why did you pass judgment on everyone, Jesus? Many Buddhists
still reside on Earth.
JESUS:
It's Judgment Day; I do what I must, it's not personal. I
assumed you had no concern for them.
BUDDHA:
I care deeply for them; I've already imparted my teachings.
Shouldn't Judgment Day be exclusive to Christians?
JESUS:
No, Judgment Day applies to all. Can't you give them another
after-life, as you've always done before? What's different this time?
