"What is it, Doc? Paradise Club?" Naina asked, feigning stupidity and even pretending to struggle with the pronunciation.

"Paradise Club," Dr. Herli repeated once more, to which this time Naina could only respond with a slight shake of her head.

*Good heavens\, what am I doing? Of course\, Naina doesn't know; the woman last night couldn't have been Naina.* Herli thought to himself.

He had been so certain the woman was Naina the night before, but now, seeing Naina's demeanor and appearance, he doubted himself.

The woman from the night before had caught his interest, someone to provide entertainment for the evening.

But his fantasies suddenly dissipated, for Naina was not the woman from last night. Naina was just a poor girl working hard to pay for her mother's medical treatment. There was no way Naina could afford to go to the Paradise Club.

"Go on then, off you go," said Dr. Herli afterward, and Naina exhaled a sigh of relief.

"Alright, Doctor," Naina obediently replied, her head bowing even lower. Then she took a few steps back and quickly left the area.

She hurried away to avoid Dr. Herli calling her back, but upon reaching a crossroads, her arm was gripped strongly by someone.

She wanted to scream but stopped herself as her mouth was promptly covered. Dr. Nickolas drew her into a secluded corner of the building, a place so quiet Naina hadn't even known existed in the hospital.

Because it was Dr. Nickolas pulling her, Naina quickly calmed down.

"What did Herli say to you?" Nickolas asked, speaking softly to avoid drawing any attention, especially as it was break time, with many nurses passing by.

Naina stood on tiptoes to answer him, whispering right into the doctor's ear. "He asked if I knew about Paradise Club," she whispered.

"And what did you answer?" Nickolas asked, now also whispering and speaking into Naina's ear. His warm voice stirred something within Naina, tickling her and sending shivers down her spine.

"I acted like I didn't know," Naina answered

In that quiet corner, they continued to whisper intimately.

"Good, remember to keep our marriage a secret."

"I will, Doc."

"Where will you go after this?"

"To buy lingerie."

"Then go."

"Should I leave first, or will you?"

"You go ahead."

"But I'm scared," Naina retorted, suddenly coy, although she was the bravest woman in the world.

"In that case, I'll go out first," decided Nickolas, finding their secret encounter slightly exhilarating, an indescribable feeling bubbling up inside him.

This kind of madness, he could only share with Naina. He could never engage in such activities with a woman of his own status. Especially if his weakness were to be revealed, people would exploit it to attack him personally, to assail his career at the hospital.

Nickolas was about to leave, but Naina quickly grabbed his arm again. She stood on tiptoes and whispered, "I was looking up information about impotence on my phone earlier, I'm really going to help you get better," she whispered.

"But when you do, I want to be the first to try it out, okay?" Naina asked again.

Look at her, this girl is truly mad.
