Valentina: I have had a busy and hectic month, sleeping little and dealing with some problems at work. Luckily, I have a close-knit family who has been helping me with all the challenges that have arisen. Today is the grand opening and I didn't want to do anything too extravagant, just a reception for my family to see the space. Valentina: Dad, you don't have to be jealous, you, Gu, and Theo are the men in my life.
I kiss my dad's cheek and we head to the car. Souza clears his throat when he sees me and I ignore him. All he has given me is his tough professionalism, so I made the decision not to focus on him and that's what I'm doing.
Souza: Valentina leaves the house wearing a black dress with a discreet neckline and two slits in the legs that reach almost to her hip. I'm really trying to keep as much distance as possible from her, but she makes it difficult. Everyone gets in the car and I wave to Mirna.
Mirna: Souza is acting strange, he's colder than usual and has been distancing himself. He goes out with Lorenzo's family and I stare at the pregnancy test I bought at the pharmacy, panicking. I put it away without the courage to use it. I may be wrong, but I feel like things between us are heading in a direction I wouldn't want. I love Souza and I would never force him to be with me if he didn't love me too. I need to understand why he's acting this way and what I did to make him so cold towards me.
Valentina: We arrive at the company and I am surprised to see several photographers at the door.

Lorenzo: What? You have worked hard in this company, focused on every detail personally for the past month. Did you really think it would just be a reception for the family? Today, the world will meet the amazing professional you have become.
Alice: Just take a deep breath and be yourself when the reporters interview you.
Valentina: I feel insecure and step out of the car with Souza's help. I feel a small electric current run through my body with his simple touch. I don't look in his direction and walk slowly towards the photographers. The questions start, I don't understand much, I try to focus on my speech and feel Souza subtly touch my back when I thought I was panicking. I don't know if he noticed what he did, but he brought me back to reality. I start speaking with the reporters about my education, the company, and the services I will offer. Everything goes well, we take some photos, and we enter the company. My whole family is here, even Brayan and Nicole came from New York with Ana and Ethan for the grand opening. I greet Dr. Mauricio's family and see Tyler talking to Theodoro.
Tyler.
Tyler: Good evening, Valentina. You look beautiful.
Theodoro hides his face and stands beside Valentina like a guard dog.
Valentina: Thank you, Tyler.
Where is Milla?
Theodoro: She's with her parents.
Valentina: How are the pregnancy sicknesses?
Theodoro: I search for Camila in the crowd and see her heading to the bathroom.
Valentina: You can go there, Theo, everything's fine.
Theodoro: It was good to see you, Tyler. I hope we don't lose our partnership.
Tyler: Theodoro walks away from Valentina, feeling upset.
Valentina: I'm sorry about that.
Tyler: Don't worry about it. I don't have a sister, but if I did, it wouldn't be any different.
Valentina: Thank you for coming.
Tyler: I wouldn't miss it for anything, and I wanted to talk to you.
Valentina: With me?
Tyler: I bought a mansion, and the decoration is scary. I need help.
Valentina: What would be a scary decoration?

My father calls me to introduce me to some businessmen, and I'm sure he was jealous of Tyler.
