Chapter 9

Acel took his mobile phone and jacket to leave. Ava was in tears. Before leaving Acel told Ava " You all are same. Just want to use me."

Acel left . Ava was in tears. So at last her proposal for divorce ended in denial with some insult on top. She ran to her bedroom and lied on her face on the bed and started crying . She was in that position for quite a while.

"What did I do to deserve it?".......

Ava stood up and took her purse and her phone and went out. She went to Darius mansion to meet Lucas. She entered the house and started screaming. "I have had enough ! I will not stay with Acel. You guys treat me like object. He doesn't even care about me. No one care about me .I Don't care about anything else. I want a divorce......" Ava stopped when she saw Brent Evan and Rene were sitting in the hall room and they suddenly stood up. They were here for lunch.

"What are you talking about ? Shut up!" Lucas exclaimed slowly to Ava. "Don't make a fuss".. Ava didn't said anything more.

Brent came in front of Ava. "Ava did Acel did something to you ? Did he hurt you ? Did something happened?" even before Ava could say anything , Rene from behind said, "What more can you expect from that sociopath. He is....." Brent glared at Rene which made her choke on her word.

"Ava please forgive Acel this time. I will ask him to treat you well. Ok ?"

Before Ava could say anything Lucas came over..

"O Brent you don't have to. It's just that Ava need some time to adjust. I am sure she and Acel will soon be normal. " Ava wanted to say something but couldn't.

"Then we will take your leave .Ava take care. Lucas send Ava home. Let's go Rene. " saying this Brent left with Rene.

"What's your problem Ava? I just don't get it . Why can't you live peacefully. "

" I want to dad. But you didn't let that happen. You got me married to a man who is so cold and cruel . He talk to as if I am a product. But in a way he isn't wrong . The marriage was only for money that you are getting from the Evans in exchange of me. When I asked for a divorce he just slammed me by saying that, that's a loss deal for him. As if I am nothing but a product."

"What did you you say?" Lucas shouted. "you asked for a divorce? How dare you do that? You didn't even ask me."

"Did you asked me when you fixed my marriage?"

Lucas slapped Ava "You are getting insolent day by day. How dare you talk back to your dad? Maria make her understand." Lucas left .

Maria who was standing near the couch came over. " Baby does it hurt? I am so sorry. But don't you know, nothing is gonna happen if you ask your dad." Ava was standing blankly staring at Maria. Suddenly tears fell from her eyes .Maria gave her a hug saying, "I know you wanted a really simple life. But you need to understand it isn't possible now . Ava please don't make things more complicated. It will only hurt you Just go home now. Your dad is really angry. I will visit you soon baby."

Ava didn't said anything and got out of Darius mansion and went home. She was really sad. She came home and lied on the sofa for some time. After that she sat in the jacuzzi for 2 hours. After coming out she wore her robe and came to the kitchen. She was still in robe as she thought Acel will come home late and it was just 7pm.

She drank some water and while going back to the bedroom she heard the main door opening. Acel came in walking with lighting speed and grabbed Ava's chin and pulled her closer to him.......
