Chapter 8

Ava was eating her food and suddenly she remembered that she had to talk about the divorce with Acel....

Ava's pov:

Should I ask him now? Will he get angry? If I tell him about the divorce won't it be like my family just used him for our own benefit? Ahh what should I do? Let me just ask him.

"Actually I wanted to talk to you about...."

Suddenly Acel's phone rang. "Hello .... Yes tell me."

Acel stood up and left the dinning table. He went into the study. Ava was sitting alone. After sometime she stood up and decided to talk to Acel later. Ava started cleaning the table and then doing the dishes. Acel peeked from the study room to check Ava. She was standing and doing dishes .

It feels good to have someone with you . You don't have to feel alone . Acel never really stayed with someone like this. When he was in Evan mansion he barely took his dinner with his dad or stepmom. Most of his student life he stayed in hostels.

After cleaning the dishes Ava went into the bedroom took a bath and went straight to bed . So that she doesn't have to face Acel. Acel came to sleep around 3am . Ava was sleeping at that time. Her one hand and leg was at Acel's side. Acel slowly removed her hand and leg and then went to sleep.

Next morning Ava woke up and she was at Acel side of the bed . Acel wasn't there. He was in the bathroom taking a shower. Realizing that she was in the wrong side of the bed Ava quickly moved back to her side. After sometime she woke up and went to kitchen. She fried some egg and toasted some bread for breakfast. Acel came out of the bedroom fully dressed.

Ava was thinking if they didn't meet like this she would have definitely fall for Acel's handsome face. Like he was just perfect expect for his cold behavior.

"Have breakfast before going to office."

"You don't have to do all this. I will have it in the office."

"I already made breakfast . So have it . And also I have something important to talk to you."

Acel sat down on a chair of the dinning table. "Tell me what do you wanna talk about. Be quick I have work . I am getting late."

"I know you're busy. So sorry for taking your time. Actually I wanted to talk about our marriage. "

"Our marriage? What about it? "

"Did you knew me before our marriage ...I mean like were you really interested in me or marrying me?"

" No, I was not interested in you. Nor I was interested in marriage . I was forced by Mr. Evan to marry you. The way you didn't wanted to marry me I also didn't wanted to marry you." Acel was a bit to honest. Ava felt a bit sad with this confession.

She stammered a bit .." O , Ok . So I was thinking that if both of us don't want this marriage why don't we get a divorce. I know Evan enterprise and my dad's company are working together on a project and in a way you are saving my dad's business. But this forced marriage .... isn't it a bit too much for both of us to endure?"

"So you wanna get a divorce . But what are you going to tell your dad ? And what if after the divorce Mr. Evan stops helping your dad ?"

"I think we can get divorced after the deal is over. I will manage my dad. So what do you think?"

"Ava Darius , I am a business man . And divorcing you ....it seems like a bad decision."

"Listen I know you might feel that I just used you for my dad's business. But it's not like you love me right? Won't it be better for both of us to get divorced and live our lives peacefully?"

Acel smirked a little. "Hmm it's true that I wasn't really interested in you. But divorcing you after the deal is done...... That seems like a loss for me. "

"Listen Acel let's just end this facade on a good note. I really want to live my life in a simple and peaceful way. I really wish for a easy life. I don't know about profit or loss . I am not a product . We can't all the time fake as husband and wife." Ava said in a harsh tone . She got a bit angry.

Acel slammed the table and got up from the chair, "Ava if you have so much problem then why didn't you talk to your dad. Divorce you? No way. Not until I get what I want. I have no problem in faking this relationship. And your peaceful life ? Hah! You should have think about it before marrying me."

Acel took his mobile phone and jacket to leave. Ava was in tears. Before leaving Acel told Ava " You all are same. Just want to use me."
