Chapter 7

Acel woke up as he felt something on his hips. He touched his hip and found Ava's leg was wrapped around his hips. He was irritated. He sat up, took Ava's leg and moved it to her side. The movement was really strong but Ava didn't even flinch once. She was fast asleep. Acel was already wide awake. He took his laptop from the side table and started working.

He noticed that Ava was really moving around a lot. The girl who slept with her head to toe under a blanket didn't have a blanket on her body. Her long hair was all over her pillow. her one leg and hand were outside the bed . Her long dress was shoved to her thighs showing her white legs. The night gown was really something. Acel looked at her face for some time. He didn't notice before but she was really pretty. She was sleeping really peacefully . Like a baby. Acel smirked a little at Ava. Then he took the blanket and tucked Ava in it. After some time he fell asleep.

Ava woke up and the moment she opened her eyes she was a bit startled. In front of her face was Acel's face. And between them was Ava's hand on top of Acel's hand. Ava's hands were tiny compared to Acel's. She looked at Acel's face. She really didn't notice but Acel was really handsome. His face was perfect.

Suddenly Acel moved a bit and in panic Ava closed her eyes and pretended to be asleep. Acel woke up slowly, took his hand from Ava's hand and went to the bathroom. Ava was startled , she just went under the blanket.

Acel came out of the bathroom, dried his hair, wore his clothes and in sometime left the house. He was gone to the office . After sometime Ava woke up. She washed her face ,brushed her teeth and came out to have breakfast . On the kitchen counter there were two credit cards left for her. She opened the fridge to eat something. The fridge only had water . Nothing else .

She went inside the room, grabbed her phone and called for food delivery. Then she called her mom.

"Mom, did you send my luggage?" ..."yes ,I have . It Will be there sometime. Ava, why don't you come over for dinner with Acel today ? Your dad asked you to come over. "...

"No , I don't wanna meet dad. Why does he want to see me ? Tell him to be happy with his business deal that he got instead of his daughter." .....Ava hung up the phone . After some time her breakfast came. While having her breakfast Her luggage arrived, Acel's secretary bought it.

"Good morning , Mrs Evan. Did you sleep well?"

"I couldn't thanks to the clothes you packed. Why did you only pack nightgowns ? Did you expect me to wear a nightgown all day ? Didn't my mom say I didn't have my luggage ? Did Acel ask you to pack these things ?"

"No Mrs. Evan . Mr.Evan didn't. It was me . actually your mom told me to bring you some clothes for the night. She didn't actually tell me that you didn't have any clothes. As a newlywed I bought what I thought was appropriate. "

"Appropriate!!! really?"

"I am sorry , Mrs. Evan . "

"It's ok . But please ask me next time before doing anything. By the way , is Acel in the office ?"

"Yes , he is . "

"You are his secretary . So you must know a lot about your boss right? So answer some of my questions."

"I will try to , Mrs Evan."

"Acel got married because of his dad . He doesn't like me. So is there anyone who he likes?"

"No Mrs. Evan . Mr. Evan never even had a girlfriend . He thinks all this is a waste of time. "

"O , ok you can go " ...."Goodbye Mrs. Evan".

"So he thought dating was a waste of time. Then it's good for me. I will ask him for a divorce after the business deal is complete. As he doesn't really like me nor do I .".....

Chapter 7

Ava's pov :

So he thought dating was a waste of time. Then it's good for me. I will ask him for a divorce after the business deal is complete. As he doesn't really like me nor do I .

I hope everything works well between us.

Ava didn't really have anything to do the whole day . So she went out to get some groceries as there was nothing to eat in the house. Moreover she thought of telling Acel about their divorce tonight.

After coming home from the market ,she decided to cook dinner. Ava wasn't really a great cook. She didn't cook for a while . So she went for the basics, which was pasta. Easy to make. While cooking she cut her finger and also burned her hand . She got really nervous as she was going to feed this to Acel.

After cooking she decided to call Acel to ask to have dinner together at home. But she didn't know his number. So she kept waiting for Acel with food on the table. While waiting Ava didn't realise when she fell asleep.

It was around 11 pm . Acel returned home. The noise while Acel entered the home didn't really disturbed Ava. After entering the home Acel saw there was food on the table and Ava was sleeping on the chair with her head on the table.

Acel pulled out a chair near Ava and sat there looking at her sleeping face. He looked at her with a blank expression. Actually it was the first time in many years where someone was waiting for him. Then suddenly he snapped back to reality.

Acel stood up and woke Ava up by calling her. Ava woke up scratching her head and looking around as she woke up in another world. Acel smiled at this behaviour and then asked Ava with a poker face "Why are you sleeping here? "

After realising the situation and understanding it Ava replied , "I was waiting for you . I made you dinner . Did you eat already?"

"No, I didn't eat my dinner. I was busy . I usually don't eat dinner. Didn't you eat anything?"

"No, I was waiting for you. I am hungry . So please could you go freshen up and have dinner with me. Even though you don't have dinner, I already made it. "

"ok"

While Acel was away Ava just heated the food and served on the table. Acel came out and sat down to eat. While eating he noticed that Ava's hand was a bit burned and there was a bandaid on one finger.

"If you didn't know how to cook, why did you have so much trouble?"

"Excuse me !! I Know how to cook . I have taken classes . It's just that I didn't cook in a while . Taste it . It's good."

Acel took a bite and it was ok. "It's good"

"See I told you " Ava was proud.

Ava was eating her food and suddenly she remembered that she had to talk about the divorce with Acel....
