Chapter 1

"Mom, I don't want to marry a guy who I haven't met even once. Moreover he is a sociopath." Ava shouted. Ava's mother Maria was already upset as she had no say in this matter.

"Baby you know I can't fight with your father. Please don't make this hard . Just get ready for your wedding ceremony." Maria said in a low tone.

Suddenly Luke Darius entered the room. "What is all this ? Ava why aren't you ready yet."

"Cause I don't wanna get married"

"Ava stop all this nonsense . Our company is going bankrupt and my friend Brent Evan has agreed to help me. All he wants is you as his daughter-in-law. What is so wrong? Acel is the eldest son and soon going to have the whole Evan empire. You would be happy"

"Dad, did I ever tell you I need a rich man ? I have always listened to you. But marriage with a man whom I don't even know and who is a well known sociopath. Seriously? You literally sold me for money dad" Ava cried.

Luke was furious . "Don't talk nonsense. Just get ready".

Luke left the room with Maria to prepare for the wedding.

"Company my foot! I am not getting married to someone for money . "

Ava was wearing a long white dress and two makeup artists were in the room getting her ready. After the makeup artists finished their work and left. Ava decided to run away. Without catching any attention Ava ran out of the house with her purse in wedding gown . She decided to leave the city and go to one of her friend's houses which was in the countryside.

Ava was running on the street of the city catching a lot of attention . But she kept running to reach the metro station. While running suddenly a black car stopped  her by stopping before her. She realised it was to catch her . She started running backward and suddenly crashed into someone . She was going to fall but the man in black suit held her hand and saved her from falling.

The man was wearing a black suit . He had brown eyes black hair and was about 6ft. Where Ava was only 5ft 2 inches.

The man said "Girl you are really a trouble" . His voice was really deep and heavy . It wasn't really hard for me to understand that he was none other than Acel Evan.

2 hours ago:

"Acel don't make things complicated. Ava is a really nice girl . She is my friend's daughter. And perfect for you" Brent exclaimed.

Acel replied,"Mr. Evan if she is so perfect just let her marry your other son. Because he really loves messing with girls. And I am not interested in marriage at the moment."

"Did you see how your son kept insulting Harry? Did I raise him so he can criticise my son? " Rene shouted who was Acel's step mother and Brent's second wife .

Harry was her and Brent's second son . He was a well known brat who kept creating trouble. Rene and Harry both hated Acel and the feeling was mutual.

"Shut up Rene! And Acel My decision is final . If you don't marry Ava remember I am not gonna give you a single penny. I know you worked hard for years . But it will be all in vain. Don't try to challenge me." Said Brent.

"I don't know anything but Ava is the one I chose and you have to marry her. Give me a grandchild and I will make you the CEO of the company and give you 65% of Evan enterprise. "

Is this some kind of joke? Acel thought. But there was nothing he could do . He worked hard for the company which was left by his mother . And he definitely needed to acquire the company as he didn't want to spare a single penny for his stepmom and step brother.

"Sir, it seems like Ava Darius ran away" suddenly the secretary of Brent entered the hall of Evan house. "Mr. Darius called and asked to delay the wedding ceremony for some hours sir".

Brent looked tense. "Go and find her Acel . Remember you have to get married to her."

Acel was pissed with this . But he had no choice . So he took out his black Bentley and also told his bodyguard to find Ava in another car.

Acel was passing through the road in his car and saw a girl was running in white dress . His bodyguard who was in the car in front of him stopped the car in front of the girl by which Acel was confirmed that the girl was Ava.

Acel held Ava's arm tightly and dragged her to his car . Threw her in the passenger seat. Ava was literally screaming and crying ...
