Chapter 2: The Waves of Thunder Bombing

Denise slowly woke as she saw herself in a room she doesn't recognize. She looked around and saw Ms. Garcia sleeping beside her.

"haaamhhh" Denise yawned as she tried moving her arm but shouted in pain which woke up, Ms. Garcia.

"Denise!" Ms. Garcia exclaims as she helped me.

"You were in an accident, you-Where's Clarisse? Tell me, she's alright!" Denise interrupted her.

Ms. Garcia only looked away and sighed. Denise cried, knowing that her only friend that understood her was gone.

"No, it was my fault. She wasn't supposed to die...." Denise shouted.

"No! I have to see her!" Denise shouted.

"You can't see her right now, Denise." Ms. Garcia said to her.

"She's my friend! I have to see her! And you can't stop me from doing so!" Denise shouted and stood up carrying herself and walked toward the door as she started looking for Clarisse's room.

She went to the front desk but was stopped by nurses pushing over a body and she stopped them. She slowly grabs the hood and pulls it and sees that it's true. She's dead.

"No! No! No! NO!" Denise shouted as she fell on her knees as she clearly remembered what happened that night.

"Is she ready?" A girl asks and she looks up to see a girl who mostly looked like Clarisse and assumed that they were relatives.

"Yes, Ms. The transportation is ready." one of the nurses replied.

"Transportation? But Clarisse, she has a DNR, so you can't do that." Denise told them.

"What did you say?" The girl asked her.

"I told you, Clarisse has a DNR or "Do not resuscitate". You can't transport her somewhere else. You can't revive her." Denise replied.

"Are you sure she has one? Who are you anyway?" The girl asked.

 "I'm Denise Trinidad Valencio." Denise replied.

"Well, Ms. Trinidad, I don't really care what you say, but my men are taking care of my cousin whether you like it or not." The girl said.

"How many times do I have to tell you that she has a DNR and you can't revive her! It's against the law!" Denise shouted, getting the attention of the nearby nurses.

"What's going on here?" One of the chief nurses asked.

"They are going to transport, my friend's body somewhere and revive her even though she has an DNR." Denise explained.

"There were no announcements of patient transportation. You can't do that." The chief said.

"I'm sorry, but, I have to do this." One of the impostors said and attacked the two of them.

Denise was cornered by the girl and she tried to escape but the hands of the woman were too strong. They blindfolded her and the last thing she knew was she felt herself passing out.

Xandra knew that there was something wrong with that girl. The way she didn't recognize who she was can only mean one thing.

"Trinidad? Weren't they the family of the betrayers?" Xandra asks herself when her brother bumped her.

"Hey, what's with that long face? Did you do something wrong again?" Alejandro asked.

"Of course not, dumbass!" Xandra exclaimed.

"Why being so defensive!" Alejandro said and straightened his face.

"Why, really? Did something happen? How's CL? Is she alright?" Alejandro asked.

"Did Clarisse ever tell you that she's going to sign on a DNR?" Xandra asks.

"I don't remember quite well but she once came to me saying that she's going to the hospital with a friend." Alejandro replied.

"So it was true?" Xandra said to herself which Alejandro heard.

"What's true?" Alejandro asked.

"Nothing, mind your business." Xandra said and left.

"What's with her?" Alejandro asked and just continued what he was doing but forgot what it was.

Denise slowly wakes up again and she doesn't have a clue where but she was tied up this time. The doctor beside her was already awake.

"Ms, I'm sorry I brought you here with me." The chief said.

"Do not worry, doc. We'll get out of here alive." Denise said.

"They'll kill us I know. They're just waiting for us to get conscious." The chief replied.

"The girl you saw earlier was the one behind all this." The chief said.

"That bltch!" Denise exclaimed.

"That's not a nice way to say hello to your old friend..." The girl from earlier said as she walked inside.

"What do you want with me?" Denise asked.

"Nothing, anymore. But to him, I do." The girl said.

"Don't you dare hurt him!" Denise shouted.

"I don't listen to anyone....girl. I'm sorry." Xandra said and grabbed her by the collar and put her in another room.

"What are you going to do?" Denise asks as she trembles a little.

"Just something, I should've done long ago." Xandra said and let a person take care of her.
